Brazilian metallers ALMAH presents its first best-of compilation ever “WITHIN THE LAST ELEVEN LINES” that represents highlights of the band’s history established almost ten years ago by ex-Angra singer Edu Falaschi.
It’s a digital release available worldwide online and the songs were selected basing on Almah fans preferences around the globe and give an opportunity to review the most representative stuff from four albums released by the band worldwide in the period of 2006-2013.
The compilation is available via iTunes, CD Baby and other digital stores worldwide. Besides albums’ tracks it includes extended bonus section with such covers as Moonlight Serenade and Pegasus Fantasy for the first time available worldwide.

ALMAH’s drummer Marcelo Moreira has recently launched his project MARMOR organized together with Alexei Leão, Stormental’s singer and music producer. Marmor with its brand new album “Alma Celta” involves more than 20 participants (musicians, writers, artists etc) such as singers Gus Monsanto (Adagio, Revolution Renaissance), Cláudia Barron from Bolivia, violinist Anna Phoebe (Ian Anderson/Jethro Tull, Jon Lord/Deep Purple, Steven Tyler/Aerosmith, Trans-Siberian Orchestra) among others. The album of Marmor is one of the last records of ex-Almah guitarist Paulo Schroeber (R.I.P.).
Marmor is a multi-cultural project that combines various forms such as rock and symphonic music, opera, fantasy, theater, performance, fine arts, animation, etc.
“Alma Celta” was released in Brazil at the end of 2014 as a kit (book + CD) by Leya/Fantasy publishing house (also responsible for Brazilian release of “Game of Thrones” series). Brazilian singer and composer Edu Falaschi (ALMAH, ex-ANGRA) for the first time in his career collaborated with a Russian band and recorded a guest vocal part for the self-titled debut album of heavy/power/folk metal band STILVERLIGHT from Saint-Petersburg.
One can hear Edu’s voice in “Open Your Eyes” composition in a vocal fight with the band’s singer Max Palanin. The album will have its digital release on November 28, 2014 at Power Prog label (Germany).
STILVERLIGHT was formed in 2009. Their sound can be described as “unique styled Melodic Power Metal with multifarious influences”. Elements from Thrash, Folk, Heavy and Speed Metal can be clearly perceived and give the whole thing a very interesting and special touch. A well known Ukrainian producer and engineer Max Morton (Morton band) was responsible for the mixing and mastering.

Brazilian metallers ALMAH, led by ex-ANGRA singer Edu Falaschi, have released a new video clip, the first one for the album “Unfold”, released in 2013 by Scarlet Records. The band has chosen “Believer”, the most requested song by ALMAH fans to play live. The video contains parts of the shows and some moments from the road and backstage.

The live footage was done during Unfold World Tour 2013-2014 in partnership with ‘Under Control Filmes’ (Brazil) and it will be the 3rd video made by that producer company.

ProgPower USA is a progressive and power metal festival held annually in the United States since 2001. Its most recent edition was held at Center Stage, Atlanta, GA on September 10 – 13, 2014. The festival’s band selection process focuses on quality over quantity. ProgPower USA gives bands that have never performed in the States a chance to be presented to North American audience. During its history the festival has hosted over 70 bands’ USA debuts including Blind Guardian, Gamma Ray, Nightwish, and Stratovarius. And now it’s ALMAH’s turn.
