An industrial shock metal band from Finland – FEAR OF DOMINATION is known for the innovative ideas as well as for love for their fans. On 20th October the band invited the fans to participate in the shooting of the video to the second single from the upcoming album called Legion. Now we can see the effect of the common work – Fear Of Domination released the video on 13th December. Check it out HERE.
This extraordinary event took place in Kruununvuorenrannan öljysäiliö, Helsinki, which is an old abandoned oil tank. The main theme of the video is the world-ending party, therefore the fans were asked to pick their clothing referring to MadMax, Fallout, etc. It has to be said that FoD has the best fans – they came numerously to show their support and took the band’s wish into account. This amazing idea could be realized thanks to the sponsors: Pyrostars, Varusteleka and Miraculos, as well as to Dirtstudios which was responsible for both filming and making the whole video.
This year has been really busy for Fear Of Domination. In April they released the first single from the new album – PaperDoll, in September they went on a mini-tour together with a Russian dance metal band Xe-None and released the second single – Legion. But the band is just getting started. In the beginning of 2014 we are about to hear the whole new album – Distorted Delusions is going to see the light on 7th February. The fans in Europe can already prepare for the tour that will follow the album release. The dates will be updated soon.

FEAR OF DOMINATION is a Finnish band that creates music hard to forget. Since the work on the third album has begun, the band describes their music as industrial shock metal. They are going to shoot a video to the second single from the new album called “Legion” on 20th October. Check out the track here below:
The band has been working really hard to satisfy their fans. In September they went on a mini tour together with the Russian dance metal band Xe-None and also released the second single from the third album. Now the fans are welcome to join the shooting of the video to “Legion”. “The whole idea of giving the fans a possibility to be more part of our FoD family felt more like natural choice for us and I think it will give new fans a very good perspective what it means to be a part of this“, says the vocalist – Saku Solin.
Every single thing about the process of making the video seems to be phenomenal and carefully thought out. The shooting takes place in Kruununvuoren rannan öljysäiliö which is an old abandoned oil tank. The sponsors of this extraordinary event are Pyrostars, Varusteleka and Miraculos, whereas Dirtstudios is responsible for both filming and making the whole video. The theme is a world-ending party and those who would like to participate are asked to pick their clothing referring to MadMax, Fallout, etc. What is more, one of the sponsors, Pyrostars, is going to give a remarkable fire-show during the shooting. No wonders FoD’s music is now called shock metal. You can also get more information on the official Facebook event site or write to email@example.com

The single “PaperDoll”
According to H&R Productions, FEAR OF DOMINATION – the Finnish masters of industrial shock metal music are releasing the second single called “Legion” from the upcoming album on 6th September. Check it out HERE.
Fear Of Domination already gave a sample of what’s about to come by releasing their single PaperDoll on the 26th April. It is the first song composed together with the new keyboard master – Lasse Raelahti. As the fans said: FoD never disappoint with their music. Check out PaperDoll HERE.
“The whole process of making this third album is totally different. We have really sat down and thought about each and every song. We wanted that every song not only sounds cool but has a purpose in it. That every song is totally 100 % just what we want”, says FoD.
The result of their effort can be heard during the mini-tour with the Russian dance metal band Xe-None which has already begun on 4th September. Fear Of Domination is also planning to conquer European metal music scene with the tour starting early in 2014. Those who haven’t had a chance to see their gigs should prepare themselves for the dose of mind-blowing compositions accompanied by a spectacular show because FoD are giving all they have and even more to surprise their fans not only with an incredible music but also with unforgettable spectacles.
H&R Production has issued as follows:
It has yet again come the time in this universe to change the world. Industrial ShockMetal band FEAR OF DOMINATION releases a new single from their upcoming third album through INVERSE RECORDS.
“PaperDoll” is a devout and a little story of a character that have lost his joy of life. One, who is trying desperately to find the light at the end of the tunnel. How the character actually succeeds on this goal depends entirely on the listener’s opinion in the end. The song does not describe much about the full context of the upcoming full- length album , but the purpose is more to increase the audience´s hunger for more. It could be about how even the pacs of wolves in the Finnish forests can seem less bloodthirsty compared to the mass of people in this sick world of ours.
Single is available for download on all major digital platforms around the world.
Fear of Domination is well known as an energetic live band, whose previous appearance at “MetalOrgy” (Nosturi – Helsinki) raised a sweat in both the band and the audience. (The massive pyrotechnics also might have helped) In addition to many domestic gig´s, the band will also be performing on May, 11th in Estonia, Muuga “MetallMöll 2013″ -festival event.
