XANDER DEMOS is proud to announce the completion of Xander’s first signature model guitar, the McNaught XD727. The 7-string, 27-fret guitar features an altered-strat body with a double cutaway for easy access to the upper frets. The first XD727 also features a quilted top, with a Carribean Burst finish (natural to green to blue.) Production on the model began in May. Consumers will be able to order the model directly from McNaughtGuitars.com. A step-by-step photo story of the completed construction is also available at Clubmcnaught.com.

Complete specs for the XD727 are: Basswood body, black back, Quilted Maple top, custom burst, TRS-PRO7 tremolo (won’t be used on production models), EMG 707 (bridge), EMG 707-TW (neck), 27 frets, Stainless Steel 6100 fret size, Luminlay side marker dots, MOP and Malachite block inlays, Ebony fingerboard with flame maple binding, reverse headstock, three-way pickup selector, master volume and EMG SPC control.

Xander Demos posted this statement on his Facebook page: “This is another moment I have been waiting the better part of my life for: the completion of my own signature model guitar. Dave McNaught, owner of McNaught Guitars has been quoted as saying: “My top 3 guitar players: Randy Rhoads, Paul Gilbert, and Xander Demos,…in no particular order.”

Jackson Adrian Smith Signature SDX features a basswood body, bolt-on maple neck, compound-radius rosewood or maple fingerboard, HSS configuration (high-output Jackson bridge pickup, noiseless middle and neck single-coil pickups), white pickguard (rosewood fingerboard model) or black pickguard (maple fingerboard model), five-way blade selector switch, Jackson tuners, Floyd Rose Special tremolo system and black hardware.
