ALICE COOPER and MARILYN MANSON will join forces for a new tour, which will apparently be dubbed “Masters Of Madness/Shock Therapy Tour”. So far the following two dates have have been leaked:

June 04 – West Valley City, UT – USANA Amphitheatre
June 23 – Pittsburgh, PA – Stage AE

Alice‘s latest album, last year’s “Welcome 2 My Nightmare”, sold 18,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 22 on The Billboard 200 chart. Cooper‘s previous CD, 2008′s “Along Came A Spider”, opened with just under 10,000 copies to land at No. 53.

Recorded with longtime collaborator Bob Ezrin, who produced the original multi-platinum “Welcome To My Nightmare” album in 1975, “Welcome 2 My Nightmare” picks up right where they left off, with Alice trapped in his own warped mind.

MARILYN MANSON‘s new album, “Born Villain”, which sold 38,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 10 on The Billboard 200 chart. The CD arrived in stores on May 1, 2012 via Cooking Vinyl and Manson‘s own label Hell, Etc.

According to TMZ.com, Marilyn Manson was suffering from the flu when he collapsed and vomited onstage near the end of his set in concert in Saskatchewan, Canada this past Wednesday night (Feb. 6). The singer was apparently “feeling like crap” all day, but still wanted to go on with the show. After hitting the stage, Manson started feeling worse and vomited several times before collapsing in the middle of the song “Beautiful People”. He fell backward onto the stage, at which point members of his road crew came out to carry him off. The 44-year-old rocker — whose real name is Brian Hugh Warner — decided not to go a hospital, choosing instead to rest up in his hotel room.

Newly released close-up video footage of Manson collapsing onstage can be seen below.

Manson and his band are scheduled to perform tonight (Friday, February 8) in Calgary.

The group’s North American tour with the BUTCHER BABIES will wrap on February 23 in Las Vegas.

Marilyn Manson claims to have undergone a medical procedure to reattach his ear following an altercation in Switzerland.

The rocker revealed via Twitter that he was involved in a fight during his current “Twins Of Evil” European tour and needed 24 stitches to treat the resulting ear injury.

Manson posted a picture of his ear (see below) covered in medical tape and wrote in the accompanying message, “I was hit by a glass table in a dangerous fight. I was however, the victor but had to have 24 stitches to keep my ear from becoming Van Goth.”

The “Twins Of Evil” tour, which also features Rob Zombie, made a stop in Basel on Tuesday.

According to MLive.com, MARILYN MANSON and ROB ZOMBIE engaged in a war of words Friday night (October 12) at the the ninth stop of their 36-city “Twins Of Evil” tour at DTE Energy Music Theater in Clarkston, Michigan.

Manson reportedly accused Rob Zombie of cutting Marilyn‘s set short, telling the crowd, “I’m going to kick his ass.”

Zombie also addressed the feud during his 90-minute performance, telling the audience, “Some tours just don’t go [expletive] together” and making it clear that he was tired of Manson‘s “rock star [expletive].” He also fired more verbal shots at Manson while paying homage to Alice Cooper with a cover of Cooper‘s classic “School’s Out” (see video below), dedicating the song to “the only real shock rocker there ever was, not some punk-ass bitch, Alice Cooper.”

“[Bleep] you Marilyn Manson!,” Zombie reportedly yelled several times, along with other choice words including “suck it, Marilyn Manson!” He also called MansonBrian,” referring to Marilyn‘s birth name, Brian Warner.

Manson implied on Twitter that Zombie had also cut Marilyn‘s set short Thursday night in Rosemont, Illinois, writing, “Sorry to Chicago for not getting to play ‘Beautiful People’. You can sing it in between Zombie songs, his band has already played it.”

Zombie himself took to his Facebook page earlier today to “clear up the rumors flying around.” He wrote, “Neither I nor anyone working for me made Manson cut his show short. It is a co-headliner and we both play the exact same set length every night. It is all very simple, but if one of us chooses to go on late for whatever reason, that time will have to come out of their set. That just the way it works, that is the way it always works. There is no evil plan going on. It is all complete nonsense.”

He added in a separate posting, “As stupid as this all is, I feel I must clear things up a little better. First off, I want to thank all the fans who came out in the freezing cold in Detroit last night. It was a total blast as always.

“Unfortunately, things turned ugly backstage. Why? I don’t know, but for some reason our touring partner decided to end his set by blaming me for something that I had nothing to do with and screaming he was going to ‘kick Rob Zombie‘s ass as soon as he got off stage.’

“Go figure. I was backstage hanging, watching the show thinking, ‘hey, this is gonna be a great night,’ when suddenly he starts screaming threats. So strange. I don’t get it. Christ, I’ve known some of his crew for 20 fucking years and some of his crew used work for me. It’s all good. No one would fuck with someone’s show. It is ridiculous.

“Well, of course I felt the need to respond to the ‘kick my ass remark.’ Who wouldn’t? Although I wish I had kept it backstage and kept the fans out of it. It is all fourth-grade-fight-after-school nonsense of which I have never dealt with on tour before. Co-headlining tours always go smooth because everything is cut 50/50 and I mean everything. No one fucks with anyone’s show. It is even fucking Steven.

“I’ve done co-headlining tours many times before and have had no troubles. Not with PANTERA, SLAYER, ALICE COOPER, KORN, MEGADETH or anyone ever. So I didn’t expect any troubles on this. It seemed like a great idea at the time. But shit happens.

“Anyway, sorry to the fans who had to dealt with the embarrassing stupidity of it all. We are all there for the same reasons to give you the best show ever… that’s it.”

According to the Los Angeles television station KTLA, Marilyn Manson wrote the words “fuck you” over his mouth and chin while walking through security at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday (August 11).

The singer, who was wearing mirrored sunglasses, a black hat and a raincoat and was accompanied by his girlfriend, Lindsay Usich, scribbled the obscenity in black ink in an apparent failed attempt to keep paparazzi from taking photographs.

A witness who stood in the same line at the airport offered the following description of what transpired via the social news web site Reddit: “I just went through the LAX security line with Marilyn Manson. He had ‘FUCK’ scrawled in large letters across the bottom half of his face, with what appeared to be a grease pencil.”

“As we each removed our boots in the security line, he kindly explained that it was not directed at me or anyone else in the airport, but rather at the paparazzi, so that they couldn’t sell any photos of him that they took.”

“He was really apologetic about it, and covered his mouth around young children while apologizing to their parents for exposing their child to profanity.”

As first rumored on May 3, MARILYN MANSON and ROB ZOMBIE are hitting the road together this fall, co-headlining the “Twins Of Evil” tour. Debauchery, theatrics, ghoulish imagery, and a full-on assault of all the senses are what’s in store for fans when the tour kicks off, first in the U.S. and then with a 10-country sweep through Europe.

Kicking off September 28 when both Zombie and Manson co-headline the first day of the Desert Uprising festival in Phoenix, Arizona, expect defiant rock ‘n’ roll showmanship in the form of these unholy rollers with the first U.S. date wrapping in Dallas on Halloween, October 31.

“Finally! Why did the most obvious tour take so long to happen? Who knows? Who cares? It’s happening now,” stated Zombie. “If good taste is the chief enemy of great art, then we should be able to fill the Louvre with this fucking tour. Be prepared for something wicked this way a-coming.”

“I have sympathy for the Whore of Babylon that gave birth to these twins of evil, and this abomination of a tour,” says Marilyn Manson. “There is no babysitter, and there is no repairing her womb. If Rob Zombie doesn’t fuck you up, then I surely will. Hide all drugs and firearms… I’m coming to town,” Manson stated.

J Devil, the DJ alter ego of KORN‘s frontman Jonathan Davis, will support the MANSON/ZOMBIE dates with his chaotic electro-metal. “I like to think of J Devil as the ‘anti-christ’ of EDM,” he said. “To play alongside Zombie and Manson is going to be a fucking sinister night all around, and an unbelievable theatrical experience. I can’t wait.”

Marilyn Manson will guest star in season six of the Showtime hit TV show “Californication”. The controversial rocker will appear as himself, and in the episode will have what is described as an “unforgettable meeting” with David Duchovny‘s character Hank Moody.

“Californication” is an American dramedy television series that centers on novelist Hank Moody, who moves to California and suffers from writer’s block, which complicates his relationships with his longtime girlfriend Karen (Natascha McElhone) and daughter Becca (Madeleine Martin). The show has been nominated for and has won several awards, including winning one Emmy Award (nominated for two others) and one Golden Globe Award (nominated for three others).

As previously reported, Marilyn Manson has the lead role in a short film called “Wrong Cops”, which premiered last month as part of the festivities at the Cannes Film Festival in France. The movie was directed by Quentin Dupieux, whose full-length 2011 feature “Rubber” was a surreal tale about an intelligent tire that murders people. His latest movie, “Wrong”, debuted last January at the Sundance Film Festival.

Manson, who recently performed with actor Johnny Depp at the Revolver Golden Gods awards in Los Angeles, told The Pulse Of Radio about his part in “Wrong Cops” and other upcoming projects, “I play a street hustler with braces on my teeth, which was an interesting, fun experience (laughs). I’m working on something with Johnny. Working on something with my friend Eli Roth also. And I’m basically just on a roll of having a good time at being bad and I just want to continue doing it.”

Manson has previously had roles in movies such as “Jawbreaker” — with then-fiancée Rose McGowan“Party Monster” and “Lost Highway”.

Manson and Depp recently teamed up to record a new version of Carly Simon‘s classic song “You’re So Vain”. The track was included on Manson‘s upcoming album “Born Villain”, which came out on May 1.

Marilyn Manson give us Born Villain it is the bands eighth full-length studio album. It was released on May 1, 2012 by Cooking Vinyl Records and Manson’s own vanity label Hell, Interviews with the band’s frontman described that the record would be in a heavier tone than that of previous works, describing the sound as a “suicide death metal” style.

When I heard that Marilyn Manson was bringing a new album I just thought oh no if it is going to be like the last three he made I am not going to enjoy it. But I must admit this album is probably his best work since The Golden Age of Grotesque album in (2003) from the start of the album it was typical old style Manson you can tell just by his vocals that he is enjoying his music again. The first song is Hey Cruel World it is full of well-done lyrics, great riffs and keyboards it is typical Manson in your face music that shocks the world.

The next three songs are No Reflection, Pistol Whipped and Overneath The Path Of Misery. All these songs are very good but my favourite out of these three has to be Pistol Whipped it is also my favourite off the whole album it really takes me back when Manson was at his best. The fifth song is Slo-mo-tion it starts off with a good bass run which is then followed by the drums, guitar and keyboards then Manson’s vocals come with the same panache as he always does. It is another good well-done song.

The next Four songs are The Gardener, The Flowers Of Evil, Children Of Cain and Disengaged all these songs are very well done again just as you would expect from Manson it has great riffs, cool keyboards and well put over vocals. The Tenth song on the album is Lay Down Your Goddamn Arms starts off with a great heavy riff then the vocals come in and the tempo goes down a notch but keeping the heavy riff going. This is a really good song the way Manson is putting him self over in this what he used to do back in the day. The next three songs are Murderers Are Getting Prettier Every Day, Born Villain and Breaking The Same Old Ground these songs have more of the same good vocals, heavy riffs and good keyboard work in them that any Manson fan would be happy with. The last song and this is a Bonus song on some editions of the album which is You’re So Vain which is a Carly Simon cover it also has Johnny Depp featuring on lead guitar and on drums. In typical fashion Manson has stamp his own style on this and it really works well. Just like some of his other covers that he has it has been done very well I can see this being on a film soundtrack somewhere in the near future.

Overall
This has been a bit of fresh air from the Manson camp it is definitely been the best album that he has brought out since The Golden Age of Grotesque (2003). If you are a Marilyn Manson fan you will hopefully be very pleased with what he has produced here.
