The year and a half wait is finally over!  Swedish heavy metal band SISTER SIN has made their way back to North America to unleash a dose of heavy metal fury upon the masses. Beginning today, February 1st in Tampa, Florida they will tour alongside DORO as they blaze through nineteen cities before beginning a series of headlining dates on February 24th in Las Vegas. Ready to electrify audiences with their energetic and powerful stage performance, watch below as vocalist Liv Jagrell talks about touring with her idol, DORO.

Victory Records has announced that the Swedish heavy metal rockers SISTER SIN have released an exciting new music video for “Hearts of Cold”, the second single from their recent album Now and Forever (10/22/12). Front woman Liv Jagrell goes balls to the wall and showcases her superb acting skills. Watch the video below, premiered by VEVO.

Directed by Eric Richter in Chicago, Illinois, the video packs a ferocious punch in a span of four minutes and sixteen seconds that will have your adrenaline rushing with your fist held high. The song is loosely based on characters Mikey and Mallory from the 1994 movie Natural Born Killers and mirrors the Finnish, real life version of them; Juha Veikko Valjakkala and Marita Routalammi, who crossed the border over to Sweden and killed a family of three.

Tobias Sammet’s project AVANTASIA are the latest act confirmed for Sweden Rock Festival 2013.

Sammet promises an even more celebrity-filled show, which says a lot since previous performances have included such names as Kai Hansen, Michael Kiske, Jørn Lande and Bob Catley. This will be Avantasia’s only show in Sweden for the summer of 2013.
