FINAL SIEGE is back with the video for “Psychological Maceration,” taken from their explosive album Nuclear Doom State (out now via Wormholedeath).
If you missed it the first time, now’s your chance to witness the full force of Final Siege’s relentless energy and chaos. This video is a montage of the band’s live performances, capturing the savage intensity that has become their trademark. The video is an immersive dive into the heart of their powerful stage presence.
“Psychological Maceration” is just one of many tracks from “Nuclear Doom State” that embodies the band’s unyielding commitment to themes of rebellion, war, and the psychological toll of living in a world gripped by chaos. Final Siege is known for delivering brutal, aggressive music, and this track is no exception, combining Death, Thrash, and Groove metal for a high-octane, headbanging experience.
Since their formation, Final Siege has shared the stage with legends like Suffocation, Atheist, and Warbringer, establishing themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the metal world. Their full-length album “Nuclear Doom State” is a sonic apocalypse, and Psychological Maceration serves as a prime example of the power and intensity that fans have come to expect.
Southern California rock powerhouse Robert Jon & The Wreck are back with their latest high-octane single, “Sittin’ Pretty,” now available on all major digital platforms. The track, recorded in Savannah, GA, and produced by Dave Cobb (Chris Stapleton, Brandi Carlile, Rival Sons), delivers a raw and electrifying energy that showcases the band’s signature grit and swagger.
With its ferocious riffing, searing guitar solos, growling Hammond B3 organ, and relentless rhythm section, “Sittin’ Pretty” is a hard-rocking warning to those who cross paths with someone who’s as captivating as they are dangerous.
“‘Sittin’ Pretty’ was the working title that was birthed from a rocking jam in the writing room,” explains frontman Robert Jon. “It’s a hard-hitting track that warns the next one in line that she’s dangerous. With powerful riffs and scorching guitars, the song references the wild nights that lead to the morning when those ‘church bells are ringing.’”
“This song went through a number of different iterations before we landed on the version you hear today,” adds guitarist Henry James. “I had a heavy rock, call-and-response riff with a vocal melody that we had been jamming on for a while. We built a structure around it, and it quickly became one of our favourite ideas going into the studio. In his own inimitable way, producer Dave Cobb worked his magic on the arrangement, having us shift a few things around and speed the song up a bit. We rolled tape, and in just a few takes, we had our basic track! Then we layered in guitar, vocal, and keyboard overdubs, and the vision for ‘Sittin’ Pretty’ was complete. What we landed on was a rollicking, aggressive banger with furious drums, a flying bassline, and pure vintage guitar pyrotechnics!”
“Sittin’ Pretty” offers the next look into a new chapter for Robert Jon & The Wreck, as the band continues rolling out a slate of fresh material for their new studio album in 2025. Following the release of “Ashes in the Snow”—a stirring track highlighting the band’s reflective side—“Sittin’ Pretty” shifts gears with a more hard-hitting, high-energy approach. Blending vintage influences with a modern edge, the track further showcases the band’s range and dynamic songwriting.
Currently, amid their Winter U.S. Tour, Robert Jon & The Wreck continue to bring their electrifying live show to audiences across the country. Following a monumental year that included the release of Red Moon Rising Deluxe Edition and a triumphant European tour, the band is keeping the momentum going with a run of high-energy headline performances. The tour will lead into their upcoming appearances on the Keeping The Blues Alive at Sea X in March before they head back to Europe for a string of Spring 2025 tour dates. The Zac Schulze Gang are back with the stomping new track “I Won’t Do This Anymore” released on Friday 7th February and is available to stream on all digital platforms HERE.
Watch the official “I Won’t Do This Anymore” music video for the single on YouTube HERE.
Known for their old-school blend of 70s classic blues rock and modern alternative influences, the Kent-based blues rock trio return with an outrageously catchy, raw-to-the-bone riff rock anthem.
“I Won’t Do This Anymore” channels the manic energy of guitar legend Rory Gallagher whilst injecting the Blues-Pop sensibility of Huey Lewis and the News, combining rebellious lyrics, trail-blazing bass riffs, crashing drums, and an infectious guitar/harmonica play-off that showcases the band’s songwriting potential and ability to flex between massive melodies and ricochet rhythms.
With their feet firmly on the accelerator, “I Won’t Do This Anymore” finds the power trio storming the UK blues scene with a track for the working-class. Combining a classic British R’n’B sound with punk bravado, hi-octane energy, and bundles of aggression.
The new single follows last year’s hectic touring schedule which featured the boys supporting Samantha Fish and Eddie 9V and coincides with their upcoming April 2025 UK headline tour topped off with a sold-out show at The Grace in London. The Gang are also bringing new upcoming rock bands on the road with them.
“I Won’t Do This Anymore is a song of rebellion against the big bad bosses of today’s world,” explains Zac. “The lyrics relate back to our old lives where we used to mop McDonald’s kitchens and stack shelves during the night shift at Iceland.”
“When it came to the vocals and over sound of the track, we drew inspiration from Huey Lewis and The News. Then we mixed it with a Rory Gallagher-esque riff that we thought would work well with a bit of energetic harmonica over the top. We brought in our friend Nigel Feist AKA the mayor of Broadstairs to live-track the harp. On the second take we said, that’s the one! Nigel’s one of the best harp players in Kent. We’re super proud to have him featured on the song.”
Continues Zac, “The harmonised instrumental bridge with the guitar and harmonica in sync happened out of nowhere during the recording. It sounds like something you’d hear on a Lynyrd Skynyrd or an Eagles track. That part glued the whole song together and the result is something that we thought was strong. We hope it will become a favourite live track. We can’t wait to play it on the upcoming tour.”
The highly anticipated debut album (currently untitled) slated for release in 2025 marks the first steps for the band’s relationship with producer Ian Sadler at Really BIG Audio. Ian has captured the band’s raw-to-the-bone live energy whilst pushing them to their absolute limits especially when it comes to Zac’s signature ripping solos and the band’s songwriting ability as heard on “I Won’t Do This Anymore.” Sadler is also responsible for the production on the band’s previous single “Woman” which garnered 15-consecutive weeks of airplay on Planet Rock.
Fronted by guitarist/vocalist Zac Schulze and backed up by bassist Anthony Greenwell and drummer Ben Schulze; The Zac Schulze Gang’s sound and work ethic harks back to the much-loved live dynamic and relentless touring schedules of 70s blues rock acts like Rory Gallagher and Dr Feelgood. At the same time, their unique sound also embodies elements of heritage classic rock acts including AC/DC and Thin Lizzy, while giving a firm salute to contemporary influences like Royal Blood and Queens of the Stone Age.
The Gang have made lasting impressions at esteemed festivals including Eric Clapton’sCrossroads Festival in Los Angeles, Planet Rock’sWinter End Festival in 2023, Fairport’sCropredy Festival, and the Rory Gallagher Tribute Festival in Ballyshannon where the band first exploded onto the scene.
The Zac Schulze Gang recently won UK Emerging Artist of the Year at 2024’s UK Blues Awards. Newly sold-out shows in Netherlands, Germany and London, are proof of the Gang’s rising popularity around the world as well as newly announced headline festival slots at the 2025 Rory Gallagher Festival in Ballyshannon, Ireland, and the UK’s Broadstairs Blues Bash.
THE 7TH GUILD has released a video for “Glorious”, third single taken from the debut album “Triumviro” to be released on February 21 by Scarlet Records.
A cinematic heavy metal ballad full of powerful will and a bit of a melancholic spirit, “Glorious” is an amazing tale about the meaning of life and that everlasting desire to push your limits and reach for something else. A truly motivating track able to defeat any negative feeling.

The 7th Guild saw the light in 2021 as side-project of Skeletoon’s frontman and songwriter Tomi Fooler. The idea at its base was to put together a powerful trio of singers in the vein of the legendary Three Tenors (Luciano Pavarotti, Plácido Domingo & José Carreras).
Rhapsody Of Fire’s Giacomo Voli and Vision Divine/Derdian’s Ivan Giannini joined Tomi Fooler to create this magic trio. The band has been completed with a strong line-up that includes the blazing drumming of Michael Ehré (Gamma Ray, The Unity), who forms a granitic rhythm section with Francesco Ferraro (Freedom Call, Bloodorn) on bass. Simone Mularoni (DGM), who also produced the album at his Domination Studio, is the genius man behind the guitars, while the cinematic orchestration are vividly painted by Daniele Mazza (Ancient Bards) and Alessio Lucatti (Vision Divine, Deathless Legacy) is the majestic chief keyboard wizard.
Catchy power metal melodies are melted with a symphonic music style, giving the perception of an operatic composing process. Emerging sound passes through classic orchestral arrangements with bombastic cinematic patterns, resulting in a wonderful choral result. References to the sounds of early Rhapsody Of Fire, Andre Matos and latest Helloween appear here and there among the unique style developed by Tomi Fooler & Co.
The 7th Guild are:
Tomi Fooler – vocals Giacomo Voli – vocals Ivan Giannini – vocals Simone Mularoni – guitar Francesco Ferraro – bass Daniele Mazza – orchestras and arrangements Alessio Lucatti – keyboards and piano Michael Ehrè – drums

Ian Anderson had been saying for months following the release of RökFlöte that he would embark on a new project in late 2023. He waited only a few weeks before the first notions began to solidify into some drafted words of intent and in May 2024, some unfinished music recorded earlier with John O’Hara, David Goodier and James Duncan became the starting point for the new songs as they took shape.
Writing the lyrics and melodies for all the newly written material came very quickly once he began in earnest during June and just seemed to slot right in to the musical feel and styles of the earlier recordings.
Anderson’s writing here is often on a more personal level of lyric content than we are used to hearing. Interspersed with his usual observational descriptions are the slightly more heart-on- sleeve moments of soul-baring – albeit not on the topics more often paraded by the usual I-me lyric merchants of pop and rock.
Some of the songs are developed from unfinished instrumental demos made some years ago although this does not result in a huge stylistic divide to jump out at the listener. Apart from the signature flute solos and melodies, accordion, mandolin, acoustic and tenor guitars feature on several tracks too, so the subtle backdrop of acoustic and folk rock serves to remind of the Tull heritage of the 70s.
The band consists of:
Ian Anderson – Flutes, vocals, acoustic guitar, tenor guitar, mandolin, odds and sods, bits and bobs David Goodier – Bass guitar John O’Hara – Piano, keyboards, accordion Scott Hammond – Drums Jack Clark – Electric guitar The album also features: James Duncan – Drums, cajón, percussion Andrew Giddings – Piano, keyboards, accordion
THE ROCK ALCHEMIST – Italian Rock Band from Turin with a strong sonic identity that blends modern rock with progressive, hard, alternative, and pop elements!
