GENOVA SUMMER LIVE Festival, taken place next Saturday, July 6th at Area del Mare in the Porto Antico of Genoa – Italy, a truly unique “stellar” location, with a large stage practically on the sea!
The festival is headlined by English death/grind legends CARCASS, who’s single Italian date hits exclusively Genova Summer Live! Accompanying Jeff Walker and Co. will be a large list of bands: Infected Rain, Sadist, Fulci, Node, Necroart and Slug Gore, for a festival that promises to be truly unmissable.
Arena del Mare is located in the heart of the city, a few steps from the Genova Principe railway station, in the Porto Antico area, with large car parks and many attractions (such as Aquarium), while inside the venue you will naturally find food stands and rivers of beer.

El Puerto Records celebrates its 10th birthday… and how!
On November 30, 2024, the pirate label will host the first “Pirates Metal Night”. Alongside Dust & Bones, Witchbound, Undertow and Mission in Black, David Reece will be the headliner!
In addition to the confirmed acts, you can also expect a few surprises!
DAVID REECE Not much more needs to be said about David Reece. Since the late 80s, his charismatic voice has enhanced successful albums by ACCEPT, Bangalore Choir, Bonfire and the Sainted Sinners, among others. In addition, he has always placed great importance on his solo career. In addition to his own songs, he will certainly also be performing one or two classics at the festival.
DUST & BONES For over two decades, the five Swabians have not allowed themselves to be pressed into any clothing. Their energetic mixture of riffy punk rock, gritty heavy rock with a metal edge and uncompromisingly dirty rock’n’roll is second to none, as is the unusual line-up with two completely different singers and the earthy, deep, dirty guitar sound. With a high recognition value, they have been delighting rock and metal enthusiasts alike with their legendary performances for many years.
WITCHBOUND When Harald Spengler alias Lee Tarot, founder and mastermind of the South German cult metal band Stormwitch, passed away far too early in 2013, his longtime musical comrades-in-arms, including Stefan Kauffmann and Peter Langer, decided to finish and release the songs they had written together before his death – the first album by El Puerto Records! In the meantime, they have gone their own way with two albums and have been able to prove their live qualities several times!
UNDERTOW The Austrian SLAM magazine once called UNDERTOW the “best whatever metal band on the planet”. Sometimes heavy, sometimes doomy, sometimes melancholic – even after almost 30 years of band history, UNDERTOW cannot be pigeonholed. With over 600 concerts on the planet, the recipe for this can’t be bad.
MISSION IN BLACK The last album “Profit Reigns Supreme” was a real demonstration of power by the female fronted melodic death metal band around Steffi Stuber. Whether it’s Summer Breeze or Area 53, Mission In Black know how to impress live!

Thuringian masters of the macabre, EISREGEN, are back with their new studio album entitled “Abart”, and continue to follow their very own path. Today, EISREGEN have unleashed a video clip for first single “Schmutzliebe”. M. Roth tells us about the song: “Schmutzliebe is another solemn anthem with a very impressive polyphonic chorus. Sometimes love takes you to very dark places, and sometimes you don’t love the person themselves, but only their dirty shell…”
“Abart” picks up where “Grenzgänger” left off at the beginning of 2023, and presents the Thuringian legends in absolute top form: A diverse songwriting that incorporates almost all facets of various metal styles – ranging from death to black, gothic, dark and doom – is brought to life by mastermind M.Roth’s distinctive vocals and in combination, creates frightening, monstrous soundscapes that only EISREGEN can bring to life.
On “Abart”, M.Roth and Yantit once again have an uncanny knack for melodies that stick to and will haunt the listener – the new album tracks have enormous hit potential, far from the beaten track. AEVA MAURELLE has joined the pirate label El Puerto Records. The gifted soprano has already sung for Aeverium, Kamelot and Xandria.

In her crossover character, she combines passion and aesthetics with mysterious fantasy! On stage, her gentle, thoughtful nature turns into pure, intoxicating ecstasy. Aeva loves extremes: she consciously combines the classical sounds of her pure soprano with the necessary portion of rock’n’roll. She manages to play between the genres with ease. From 0 to 100, Aeva is in her element! In recent years she has sung with Kamelot, Aeverium, Xandria and Versengold.
