Brisbane’s old-school punk rockers, KOMBI KILLERS, return with new single ‘Sick World,’ available now on all digital platforms!
A hard-hitting punk track that pulls no punches, ‘Sick World’ highlights the current crisis that has held the world hostage since 2020. It sees the Kombi Killers unleash their vitriol on the COVID-19 situation that is now dragging into a third year. With lockdowns, masks and isolation becoming normality, Kombi Killers just want to get back to playing shows!
Kombi Killers have been belting out their original sounds for over a decade, highly influenced by the early punk scene they grew up in.
They announced their arrival on the global Punk scene in 2021 by signing with Riot Records and dropping two attitude ridden singles, the controversial ‘ScuMo’ and ‘Don’t Start’.
KOMBI KILLERS ARE:
Steve Ingram – front man and vocalist, Steve was born in England and grew up during the punk revolution. Steve brings his raw and real attitude to every performance.
Dave Small – smashing the skins, Dave knows his beats! His hard and fast style is a key aspect of the Kombi Killers’ sound. Dave plays the kit like he stole it!
Allan Dyer – slinging the six string is Al. Well-respected and always cool, calm, and collected, his melodic fills reflect his smooth and hassle-free style.
Steve Langford – chopping the other axe is Steve. Known for his no bullshit attitude, Steve brings an aggressive edge that compliments Al’s smooth style. His aggressiveness can be heard in every note.
Adam Markovich – belting out the bottom end with his thrash and hardcore background, Adam combines his love for heavy metal and punk rock. He brings his no-compromises attitude to the mix.
WIIL Rock Fest 2022 will feature band’s Shinedown, Falling In Reverse, Jelly Roll, Jackyl, Saliva, Royal Bliss, Through Fire, and Lilith Czar. The event will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Lake County Fairgrounds in Grayslake, Illinois.

“Ultima Ratio Fest” 2022: Moonspell + My Dying Bride + Borknagar + Wolfheart + Hinayana
Danish Viking/symphonic metallers HEIDRA have teamed up, once again, with Metal Shock Finland, to premiere for Finnish territory, their first official video ‘Dusk‘, and second track from the band’s upcoming album “To Hell Or Kingdom Come”, coming out April 8th, 2022 via Mighty Music. ‘Dusk’ describes the rise of the antagonist as he gathers himself an army of disenchanted, downtrodden night-dwelling folk with a justified cause in revenge. The main riffs of the song are both brutally heavy and seriously rocking and the chorus would serve as a rallying cry to all metalheads everywhere. “Dusk is when we come alive!”.

Heidra is a Copenhagen-based metal band playing a mix of melodic, black and power metal with folk-themed undertones, powerful choruses, and brutal growls. The band was formed in 2006 and has been steadily growing in strength, in songwriting and as a live performing band over the years. Heidra released their debut EP “Sworn to Vengeance” in 2012 which was followed by the band’s first full-length album “Awaiting Dawn” in 2014.
These two critically acclaimed releases pushed Heidra forward and landed the band a series of concerts, including two smaller international tours with bands such as Ektomorf, Infest and Noctem, a Danish tour and support concerts in Denmark for folk metal giants Korpiklaani.
In 2016 the band were given a support slot on a full European tour in support of Ensiferum and Fleshgod Apocalypse. This propelled the band, literally and figuratively onto the international stage and opened the door to many new fans and new friendships. At the conclusion of the tour work began in earnest to a follow-up album, expanding upon and continuing the epic narrative begun on “Awaiting Dawn”. “The Blackening Tide” was recorded, produced, mixed and mastered in 2017, being released in the following year. Following the release, Heidra once again set out to conquer Europe, supporting Omnium Gatherum on their European tour in the fall of 2019.
2020 became the year of the Covid-19 pandemic, and, as most actual band activity had been stopped in its tracks, Heidra began working on their third studio album, “To Hell or Kingdom Come” – an album that would complete their trilogy of story-driven concept albums, “The Dawn Trilogy”.
“To Hell Or Kingdom Come” will be released in digital, CD and LP (two colours, each limited to 300 units) by Mighty Music on April 8th, 2022.

After the charging start of opener “Under The Spell”, DESTRUCTION shows no mercy on title track “Diabolical”, with raging drums, bloodthirsty riffs and hellish vocals that sink deep down into your bones. “No Faith In Humanity” relentlessly rages on with non-stop headbanging action, while DESTRUCTION continues to smash eardrums on “Hope Dies Last” – providing unbeatable brutality with unstoppable speed, destructive verses and screeching voices. “Tormented Soul”, on the other hand, is loaded with proper heavy metal and explosive drums. Italian alternative rock band GUNASH have today released their new single ‘Revenge’ digitally via Golden Robot Records. ‘Revenge’ was lifted from their upcoming album, All You Can Hit which will be released on all digital platforms on April 29 and is available for pre-order/add/save now.
‘Revenge’ is a powerful rock song that describes how we sometimes trust the wrong people, and that the consequences of these choices lead us to hate those people to such a point that we wish bad things on them. But we, for the sake of dignity, dissimulate our real feelings in public.
GUNASH’s album title, All You Can Hit, is a play on “All You Can Eat,” a trend that many restaurants have adopted and that the band consider one of the many examples of spreading consumerism into our society. GUNASH is an alternative-rock band born in 2003 by singer and guitarist Ivano Zor Zorgniotti and drummer Danilo Pannico Abaldo, hailing from Bra, Italy. Their musical style is inspired by the “Seattle sound” and the cult bands of the alternative rock scene of the 90s such as Soundgarden, Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Foo Fighters, Stone Temple Pilots and Queens of the Stone Age.
GUNASH collaborates with famous American musician Rami Jaffee, keyboardist of the Foo Fighters. He is keyboardist and artistic producer of the albums Same Old Nightmare, Great Expectations and the EP SuperHeroes In Town. These records were recorded at Fonogenic Studios in Los Angeles and have been released by Go Down Records.
Over the course of its career, GUNASH have performed in Italy, Spain and in the US, including a performance as headliner at the legendary club Whisky A Go-Go in West Hollywood. GUNASH have also participated in several radio broadcasts in Italy and abroad. The albums obtained many radio passes and very positive criticism from specialized press (Rolling Stone, Rockerilla, Classic Rock, etc). With the Great Expectations Tour, GUNASH made over fifty dates between Italian clubs and festivals, creating a solid fan base, that founded the GUNASH Fan Club.
