​”The Great Machine” is the fourth album of the Italian rockers HANGARVAIN, set to be released on October 11th, via Volcano Records. The album contains nine songs and mixes the traditional HANGARVAIN’s southern rock sound with blues and gospel moments. ​”The Great Machine” was recorded between Naples, Turin, Rome and Melbourne, produced by Alessandro Liccardo and mixed by Andrea Fusini.

Born in 2013, HANGARVAIN is one of the most popular band of the independent Italian rock scene. With a solid sound that mixes southern rock with post grunge, so far, the band has released several albums, ‘Best Ride Horse’ in 2014, ‘Naked’ (ep) in 2015, ‘Freaks’ in 2016, ‘Roots And Returns’ in 2018 and ‘The Great Machine’ in October 2019 through Volcano Records. During the years, HANGARVAIN have been known as an untiring touring band playing shows all around Europe and opening for bigger artists like L.A. Guns, The Darkness, Hardcore Superstar, Gilby Clarke from Guns N’ Roses, Skillet, Thomas Silver, Pino Scotto, Y&T, Fabio Lione, DGM, Destrage, Giorgio Canali and Rossofuoco, Diaframma.
