Metal Shock Finland (World Assault )

Finnish thrash metal band The Scourger has issued the following update:

“The Scourger proudly presents, two new members: Jani Hentilä on guitar and Jape Nummenpää on bass! Guitarist Jani Hentilä is previously known from his work with the bands Fierce and Fleshred. Jape Nummenpää is the guitarist of Witheria and Sorrowed and will now take on the challenge to bash the bass for The Scourger. Both Jani and Jape will continue to play also with their current other bands as usual.”

In May 2009, Jari Hurskainen and Seppo Tarvainen, the two founding members of The Scourger, decided to go their separate ways. Vocalist Hurskainen is using the name The Scourger for his new group.
