Finnish gothic metallers CHARON have completed work on a new “album demo” called “Pakoilevat Rallit”. According to the band, the effort features “songs with mourning melodies, gloomy guitars — and sweeping synths.”
“A-Sides, B-Sides & Suicides”, the first-ever compilation album from CHARON, entered the official chart in the band’s home country at position No. 21.
“A-Sides, B-Sides & Suicides” was released on June 23. The two-disc set includes almost 40 songs and two and a half hours of music spanning the band’s entire career — from its first demo tape to the most recent recordings. In addition to the album cuts, there are outtakes, cover songs and demos.
