Discouraged Records has issued the following update:

 

Moloken’s new album “Rural” is set to be released in november and not in august like first announced, exact release date will be revealed soon. The album mix is now finished and will be mastered during next week by long time companion Sven Engdahl.

 

the cover design will be handled yet again by graphic artist/animator Kenny Lindström (organic level) known for his previous work with Moloken but also for Bring Me the Horizon, Totalt Jävla Mörker, Logh, Norma Jean and much more. The Rural cover is completely hand drawn and needed 8 scans to get all artwork, now it will be digitally coloured and said to be more phsycadelic and more intricate then previous artworks.

 

Video
the band has also reported that their first video is beeing filmed by renowned metal video makers Standard Film Team. Responsible for videos by Dark Funeral, Aeon, Ghamorean, Santification, Plector, Zonaria, Feral and more. The video how ever will not contain a single shoot of the band unlike their previous work. expect a dark, atmospheric estetic with beautiful landscape views.

Upcoming shows:

They have some exclusive shows coming up were they will play new material only. These will be their only shows until the album is released. First up is a festival in Sandviken called “Ta livet i dina egna händer” were they will play together with friends Kongh on saturday the 6th.
