Blackdiamond of FIREBRAND ROCK RADIO has conducted an interview with guitarist Cristiano Migliore OF LACUNA COIL, recorded before the band played their sellout show in the ‘Steel City’, Sheffield, England, as part of their Darkness Rising tour.
BD: The new album “Dark Adrenaline” is due to be released in January, how did the recording process go’?
Cristiano: we started writing the new album after we came back from our last UK tour last october, we took a long time because we wanted to make sure we developed the right style. We took what we like from Shallow Life (last album) and wanted to mix it more with what Lacuna Coil is, our darker elements.
The whole album is heavier and darker, it goes back to certain things we have done in the past, but with new elements in it.
