Metal Shock Finland (World Assault )

VALLENFYRE — the new U.K. death metal band featuring Gregor Mackintosh, songwriter and guitarist of PARADISE LOST, alongside members of MY DYING BRIDE, AT THE GATES and DOOM — will make its live debut on February 2, 2012 at Tavastia in Helsinki, Finland.

Commented Gregor: “I have a long and happy history with Helsinki. From the Lepakko club 20 years ago, right up to the present day, it has always been one of my favorite places to be. I have many fond memories and have made many great friends over the years. It is for this reason I decided that the very first live performance by my new band VALLENFYRE should be in Helsinki. We have just released our debut album ‘A Fragile King’ through Century Media and anyone who likes their death/doom stirred in with some crust should come down and see us.”

“Cathedrals Of Dread”, the new video from “A Fragile King” was released on October 31 in Europe and on November 1 in North America via Century Media Records.
