THE ULTIMATE METAL BALLAD
We’re going to attempt to break the world record for slow dancing at a festival this year. Obviously we want to use the perfect soundtrack for this world record attempt so we’re looking for THE ULTIMATE METAL BALLAD. At the festival keep your eyes peeled for the lovely HLN.BE hostesses and their tablet PCs and vote for one of the ten tracks that made the final cut. The winning ballad will be the soundtrack for our spectacular slow dancing world record attempt on Sunday 24 June. Who knows, we may even witness a few marriage proposals!

TAKE PART IN OUR PLASTIC CUPS ACTION AND REAP THE REWARDS!
Empty cups and PET bottles can be handed in at a dedicated recycling stand in the Metal Plaza. In return for 24 empty cups and/or PET bottles, you get to choose between a free drink voucher valid at the Coca Cola, Jupiler and Red Bull stands, or a recycling voucher entitling you to a fun gadget from the Graspop Shop next to the recycling stand. (Car) stickers, caps, earplugs, lanyards, lighters… you name it, we’ve got it!

There’s a waste collection point at the campsite where campers can exchange a full waste bag for a free GMM poster. During the festival, the collection point is open between noon and 8pm as well as on Monday 25 June between 7am and noon. Collect a waste bag from this stand, fill it with refuse, return it and get a free poster. Could it be any simpler?

EXCHANGE YOUR FESTIVAL TICKET
Due to popular demand, we are adding a special box office this year where fans can exchange certain ticket types for other tickets. Tickets are only exchanged at the Tele Ticket Service HELPDESK located at the main festival entrance, where the validity of your tickets will be checked prior to exchange.

You will find the opening hours of this box office below:
Thursday 21 June: 2pm – 1am
Friday: 8am – 9pm
Saturday: 8am – 6pm
Sunday: 8am – 6pm

ONLY COMBI TICKET HOLDERS HAVE FREE ACCESS TO THE FESTIVAL ON THURSDAY

Combi ticket holders have free access to the Metal Plaza on Thursday 21 June. Day tickets however are only valid on the given day, viz. Friday, Saturday or Sunday. No day tickets are available for Thursday 21 June.
