TUSKA OPEN AIR has issued the following:

All 3-day tickets will be exchanged for a wristband which allows you to leave and re-enter the festival area during festival days. The ticket can be exchanged for a wristband in advance.

Note! Only 3-day tickets will be exchanged for wristbands. All other ticket catergories allow you to enter the festival site once a day only. All tickets will be verified electronically at the festival gate or when collecting the wristband.

3-day ticket must be exchanged for a wristband personally. The wristband will be attached to the ticket holders wrist when collecting the wristband. Separate wristbands will not be given out.

The Pre-Exhchange point is located at the Tiketti ticket agency, address: Urho Kekkosen katu 4 – 6, 00100 Helsinki.
Pre-exchange point is open during the following times:

Wed 27.6. 12.00-19.00
Thu 28.6. 12.00-19.00

The wristbands can also be exchanged at the festival gate (Parrukatu 2-4) starting at 11.00 on Friday 29.6, an hour before festival gates open.

When entering the festival, there will be a separate line for those who have exchanged their wristband in advance.

TUS-KAVERILIPPU GROUP TICKET
Customers who have bought group ticket “Tus-Kaverilippu” must all be present when collecting the wristbands. If this is not possible, and the ticket holders must arrive at the festival site separately, they can tell the staff at the festival ticket office that part of the group will arrive later and leave their ticket code and personal information of those arriving later (name and social secutiry number) at the festival ticket office. Those arrving later can claim their wristbands by presenting the ticket code AND official ID. It is very important that all group ticket holders know the ticket code, with this the ticket info can be found in the ticket agency system.

VIP-PASSES
Customers who have bought the VIP-pass will be sent an email about the VIP-pass details. VIP-passes will be collected from the festival area’s VIP/Press -entrance at Sörnaisten Rantatie. If you have bought VIP-pass from Tiketti and have not received the info email by Tuesday 26.6. contact info(at)tiketti.fi.
