“In Dreams Of Terror”, the new video from British thrashers EVILE, can be seen below. The clip was directed by Ash Pears of ASHTV, and is the third video to be released from EVILE‘s latest album, “Five Serpent’s Teeth”, following “Cult” and “In Memoriam”.
Commented EVILE lead guitarist
Ol Drake: “Surprise! Here’s a new EVILE music video! Instead of building up any kind of hype and making people wait, we thought we would just throw the latest one at you out of the blue as a treat. We had loads of fun doing this with Ash Pears of ASHTV and we really think we’ve got a video that suits the song greatly. Here is ‘In Dreams Of Terror’. And if you’re coming to Bloodstock this weekend, you just may hear this one!”
EVILE will perform at Bloodstock Open Air this Sunday, August 12 at 3:15 p.m. on the Ronnie James Dio main stage. The band will also take part in a signing session at 6 p.m. on Sunday.

The “Native Blood” video can be seen below.
TESTAMENT vocalist Chuck Billy collaborated with seasoned director Mike Sloat to put together a clip that is universal in message while bringing the spotlight to Billy‘s Native American heritage — The Pomo Indians.
The performance portion of the video was shot on the Billy Ranch in Hopland, California, where the flames were huge and the temperatures were high.
The “Native Blood” clip is about the growth a Native American youth throughout the years. When faced with hatred, racism, bullying, and harassment, he uses nature’s sanctuary to recharge and meditate on the lessons he learned from his grandfather to handle these very tough situations in a way to honor and dignify himself and his people.
Billy previously stated about “Native Blood”, “It’s almost like a protest song, that the Native Americans have a voice that needs to be heard — that’s the chorus of the song.”

“In My Sword I Trust”, the new video from Finnish folk metallers ENSIFERUM, can be seen below. The clip was filmed in early July in Poland with director Rafal Szermanowicz of Grupa 13, which has previously worked with BEHEMOTH, KREATOR, ELUVEITIE, SONATA ARCTICA and DECAPITATED, among others.
Commented the band: “The shoot took place in a really nice medieval castle and it went really well, even though it rained a lot. It was great to work with such a professional team and we were lucky to get such great actors to help us out.
“The video tells about how ordinary town people rise up and rebel against a greedy and cruel king and the upper class. There [are] swords, corpses and drinking
; pretty much all you need for a great video!
“We are looking forward to presenting this new ENSIFERUM anthem to our fans around the world with the best music video we have ever made. Folk on!”
“In My Sword I Trust” comes off ENSIFERUM‘s fifth album, “Unsung Heroes”, which will be released on August 27 via Spinefarm Records. The CD was produced by Hiili Hiilesmaa (HIM, SENTENCED) at Petrax studio (CHILDREN OF BODOM, NIGHTWISH) in Hollola, Finland and other locations in the Hämeenlinna area. According to a press release, the hour-plus follow-up to 2009’s “From Afar” “sees the Finnish five-piece — founded in 1995 — pushing their signature sound to bold new heights of drama and excess. A cinematic experience from first note to last, ‘Unsung Heroes’ takes the listener on a journey of genuine light and shade, with the 16 minute-plus ‘Passion Proof Power’ showing that when it comes to the epic statement, ENSIFERUM are very much in the front-line, swords at the ready.”
Commented the band: “We’ve tried to push the different aspects of what we do as far as we can; the sonic scope is wider than ever. The folk elements go further down that path and the metallic parts will absolutely rip your face off!”
Once again, album art (see below) has been supplied by Kristian Wåhlin, with featured special guests including members of APOKALYPTISCHEN REITER and legendary Finnish singer and actor Vesa-Matti Loiri.
“Unsung Heroes” track listing:
