Metal Shock Finland (World Assault )

H&R Productions has issued that the Finnish punk rockers SLAP BETTY! have released their debut Album “94720” through Secret Entertainment/ Inverse Records, in Finland on April 12. The release in other countries is set to June 21, 2013.

Slap Betty! is a four piece rock band from Kemi, a small city in Northern Finland. The band has always considered themselves primarily a live band. Truly energetic and sweaty shows mixed with true rock n’ roll attitude and catchy songs have led them to many magical gigs. (warming up for Backyard Babies in 2009, gig at legendary Club Tavastia, Some festival gigs etc..) It just works! So far they have released four EP:s; “None for all” (2007), Can’t wait to be famous (2008), Proud n’ loud (2009) and “King” (2011).

The band has got some great reviews from number of sites, and couple of websites (imperiumi.net, noise.fi) have already anounced them as “a band of the month”.

In the future they are going to do as much gigs as possible and a lot of super awesome rock n’ roll songs. At the same time they are going to concentrate on looking awesome (as always) and take over the world! Each one of them thinks that this “nine to five” -life isn’t meant for them, and with you guys it would be easier for them to get rid of that shit and start being a fulltime rockstar!
