Graspop Metal Meeting has issued af follows:

New this year is the Graspop restaurant with its all-you-can-eat BBQ: a generous vegetable buffet, salmon papillote, Belgian blue beef burgers, marinated chicken fillet, veggie burgers, sauces, bread, etc.  The restaurant seats a limited number of people in four separate shifts: 11:30 – 14:00 / 14:30 – 17:00 / 17:30 – 20:00 / 20:30 – 23:00.  Payment is with a special restaurant voucher instead of the usual GMM tokens and in view of the limited number of seats it’s a good idea to book in advance. Reservations can be made on the day provided the restaurant isn’t booked out.

A restaurant voucher is 30€ (drink not inc.) and can be purchased HERE as of May 24th (4pm).

We’re also extending our veggie range this year with a large veggie/vegan stand: salads, wraps, fruit, paninis, burgers and desserts.

Numerous stands selling traditional festival food are spread across the festival grounds. You can have breakfast in the breakfast tent on the Metal Plaza every morning between 7:00 and 11:00. Lunch is served between 11:30 and 05:00. The menu includes carbonade flamande with French fries, rice with chicken, vol-au-vent and other warm dishes.

The drink stands have been moved to the centre of the festival grounds this year to make it easier for everyone to get refreshments. Speaking of which, there’s something for everyone: regular sized beers, large beers, soft drinks, energy drinks, water, cava and wine. Also, since we’re a Belgian festival, we thought we’d continue our tradition of specialised Belgian beers at GMM. If you have a taste for unique Belgian beer varieties, the Special Beers Tent is the place to be!

Graspop tokens buy both food & drink at the festival and are available from the traditional token stand and the token machines in the Metal Plaza. One GMM token is 2.50€. Visitors who bought their tokens in advance can collect them at the main festival entrance.

You’d better get moving if you’re planning to buy a ticket for Sunday June 30th. The tickets for Iron Maiden day are selling like hot cakes!

We’re almost out of VIP tickets as well. The last of the combi VIP tickets are now available.

There are just a few festihuts and camping spaces available so don’t waste any time making your reservations: http://www.graspop.be/en/metaltown  If you don’t want to stay in Metal Town you can always pitch your tent at the festival campsite. Camping access is included in all festival tickets.
