According to THE COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF Management, 7string guitarist/singer/songwriter THE COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF has recorded a new single at legendary Monnow Valley Studios (Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Queen) in Wales this weekend. The song will be released with a concept video in September/October this year.
To help her out on the recording she had world class drummer Brian Tichy (Whitesnake, Foreigner, Billy Idol) and the extraordinary Norwegian bassist Peter Sæverud. All guitars and vocals were done by The Commander-In-Chief. Engineer James Mottershead, who worked with producer Sterling Winfield on The Chief´s official debut EP “Evolution” was in charge of Engineering. The Commander-In-Chief produced the song apart from Vocal production that was done by A. E. Fossum. Mixing: Sterling Winfield (Pantera, Hatebreed, Hellyeah) – Mastering: Stephen Marsh (Megadeth, Sex in the City, Los Lobos)
The Commander-In-Chief released her first concept video, for the title track of her official debut EP “Evolution” last week. The video can be seen here:
