Absinthes.com have revealed the perfect absinthes for Halloween and of course one of them is by Swedish metallers WOLF. As previously published, the band unleashed their own brand of WOLF Absinthe on the world earlier this year, on 1st June, to coincide with vocalist Niklas Stålvind’s 40th birthday.

We have two particular absinthes in mind that match the theme of Halloween better than no other. But at first, we’d like to make a suggestion for a more than suitable cocktail recipe.
Halloween Cocktail: The Devil’s Favourite
Ingredients:
- 4 cl WOLF Absinthe
- 3 cl Almond Sirup
- 1 cl Lemon Juice
- 4 Morello Cherries without stones
- Some Champagne
On the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle the morello cherries, lime juice and almond sirup. Add WOLF Absinthe together with ice, shake until well chilled. Strain the mix into a long, chilled cocktail glass (for example a champagne flute) and top with Champagne. You can use some nutmeg to garnish.
