After three years of anticipation ‘Waiting For The End To come’, the new album by Canadians KATAKLYSM has finally arrived. This is an album that seals over a twenty year career, one that has been studded with difficulties of all kinds; but also one that gives great satisfaction. The aim being to maintain a constant level of quality among other existing bands. Bringing death metal to the ears of metalheads in every corner of the world.
Two weeks prior to release Tarja Virmakari had a long chat (for Truemetal.it) with singer Maurizio Iacono. They discussed the details of KATAKLYSM’s new offering ‘Waiting For The End To Come’, released via Nuclear Blast on October 25th, 2013. Maurizio spoke about the album title and its meaning, revealing some very personal reasons for the title choice. He also discussed the song themes, studio sessions and upcoming tours.
