Metal Shock Finland (World Assault )

Italian Composer, Arranger, Multi Instrumentalist and Lyricist TREGOR RUSSO (Sortilegium, Eriaminell, Leper Divine, Gates of Eden…), the mastermind and factotum of the Atmospheric Progressive Doom Death Metal Project DIONISYAN has checked in with the following update:

FINALLY after such a long wait, here are some samples taken from the upcoming full length album of DIONISYAN next exit.

With Dionisyan I propose an innovative and original Symphonic Prog Doom Death Metal, mixing Baroque Classical Music and Traditional Arabian Music. I edited, wrote, created and performed all the compositions, orchestrations, arrangements and lyrics on the Album, recording the album entirely by myself.

I played, performed and recorded the following Instruments in the studio; Electric 7-String Guitars, Classical Guitar, Lute, 5-String Bass, Drums and Keyboards, in addition I directed some of my guest musicians for the occasion (for Harpsichord, Violin, Cello, Harp and Female Vocals).

The upcoming album sees also the participation of my friend and collaborator for many years, the Growl Voice of Ignazio Conticello.
