US/Italian Rockers BIZAR BAZAR have announced the new guitarist, and they’re looking for a new bassist and furthermoe they will enter the studio still this year to record a new album. Read more details on what band’s mastermind Fabian Vestod told Metal Shock Finland:
There has been a “in and out” within the band lately. On one side we got very lucky hiring guitarist Fabrizio Sodaro. He’s a great musician, in the last couple of months we started working pretty hard on our new songs, everything sounds great. He brought a new and fresh vibe into the band, his guitar style makes me think of a Giant talking to an ant, in a nice way of course, awesome arrangements over the songs, he has these huge hands but his touch on the strings is very gentle, very blues, very rock and when it comes to shred, the guitar fretboard goes on fire. A good soul of a man, you know. We looking forward to do the next album, it’s gonna smell like wood and look like the light of the dusk across the forest.

On the other side, bass player Alice Lane just quit the band. Probably not the best time to do so as far as we were going to sign a deal in may to start our live activity, but no doubt is better this way for the both of us. Bizar Bazar was getting a too heavy weight to carry for her, things just recently changed in her life and the time she could put into this band was very little. She did what she could and that’s’ enough for me. I’m sure she’ll enjoy her future plans, best wishes. So I’ll take the chance to say that there’s an open spot for anyone who plays bass and would like to be part of this band. Female or male, either way it’s fine.
There is a lot to commit taking all the risks involved, we are willing to tour and enter the studio before the end of the year to record the new album. All the songs are already there. We might look for someone who is into bass players such as Geezer Butler, Troy Sanders, Nick Oliveri etc.. you get it right? We are very dedicated musicians and take this thing seriously, so if music is not one of your priorities you might end up in the wrong place, If you like too much comforts and need everything guaranteed in advance you might get disappointed. We haven’t made it to the arenas yet, sorry about that.
We’re already talking to few bass players but we’re open to anyone, you can check our stuff out over our FB page, new material is quite different though, we are also demoing the new songs so ask for mp3s if you are interested, any questions? just ask!
