Metal Shock Finland (World Assault )

Polish death metal legends VADER have recently finished touring Asia. The Band has issued the tour diary for Day 9, read below:

Day 9: Show in Beijing (12.07):

After a couple of hours’ sleep and repacking all our equipment, it was time to fly to Beijing. Probably the scariest flight I’ve ever been on. Crazy turbulence, we all thought the plane was going to go down any minute. Then they showed a video from the customs authority in China basically saying ‘Welcome to China. You’re not coming in!’ All in all not a very good start.

Despite all that we made it through to Beijing. After a short drive it was straight to the hotel for 1 hour or so just to shower and have a power nap. Then a short walk to the venue, set up, soundcheck, dinner, 1 hour to prepare then the show. Awesome concert with a lot of people coming from all over China to see us. Then pack down and a short meet and greet with some fans then finally time to sleep… For a whole 3 hours before our flight to Hong Kong.
