Kristine Osorio of American Idol fame has joined forces with Guymon, Oklahomans BIPOLAR ECHO as new lead vocalist for the band.
According to founding member, guitarist Kevin Wale, co-founding member Amber Fesmire has decided to step down as lead vocalist and focus on family related goals: “Change is always a little scary. Especially when it involves replacing someone not only so key to the sound of the band, but also who is such a good friend with whom you’ve been through so much. However, change also introduces new opportunities to make new friends, and since life doesn’t ask permission, we’re very happy to have Kristine on board.”
Kristine is very excited about this new musical journey as the band begins writing new material for their next release.
Bipolar Echo is a modern rock band hailing from Amarillo, Texas and Guymon Oklahoma, fusing pop, anthemic melodic hard rock, metal, and a touch of prog. The band was formed in 2007 by Kevin, Amber, and former drummer Brad Duren. Ramiro “Tiny” Rosalez Jr. joined on bass in 2008, and drummer Michael Kennedy joined in 2013.
