Graspop Metal Meeting Organisators have announced, via their Official Website, that the 20th anniversary edition next year will take place one week earlier, read more details below:
The 20th anniversary edition of Graspop Metal Meeting will take place on Friday 19th, Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st June 2015. This is the weekend before the festival’s usual slot at the end of the month. The location remains the same, though: the Stenehei in Dessel is still the place to be.
An anniversary edition calls for an exceptional lineup. Scheduling the festival one week earlier than has been the case in recent years increases our chances of hosting top bands since many of them finish their European tour in mid-June.
We’ll be announcing the first few headliners in a few weeks’ time so bear with us, but you can rest assured we’re pulling out all the stops to make our anniversary edition the most memorable Graspop Metal Meeting yet. Following last year’s successful experiment the two Main Stages are back. Add the Marquee, the Jupiler Stage, the Metal Dome and the Classic Rock Cafe to the mix and there’s more than enough to get your adrenaline going. Skully is already looking forward to next year’s metal festivities with household names, fresh blood and indestructible rockers. Don’t miss out!
