DRAGONFORCE: Scandinavian Tour Dates Announced

Mega metal powerhouse DRAGONFORCE has announced, via their Official Facebook Page, the Scandinavian leg of the ‘Maximum Overload World Tour’ which includes the band’s debut shows in Helsingborg & Karlshamn in Sweden and Jyväskylä in Finland.

The album Maximum Overload, out via Metal Blade Records, rated by many in the media as the finest DragonForce album to date, also featured some new approaches by the band. Firstly, the album was produced by Jens Bogren in Varberg and Örebro, Sweden in a departure from the previous production team of Herman Li and Sam Totman. The album also features the first ever cover by DF with a ‘DragonForce-ized’ version of the Johnny Cash hit ‘Ring of Fire’. The record also features a guest appearance from Trivium’s Matthew Kiichi Heafy.

The Maximum Overload World Tour, which commenced with a 20 date tour of the UK, rolls through until 2016 and takes in 37 countries around the world. Order tickets here: http://www.dragonforce.com/tours
