Detroit based cross-over thrash metallers BATTLECROSS have teamed up with Metal Injection to premiere their new official video ‘My Vaccine’, Watch it HERE. The band takes some inspiration from They Live for this Roy Warner-directed music video.

In other news, Battlecross recently visited the Center for the Intrepid on Friday, December 5, prior to their show in Austin. The band toured the facility, and met with staff, as well as wounded veterans, some of whom were fans of the band. Read more about the facility and the band’s visit now on axs.com (read more below)

Battlecross continue their tour with Wretched and War of Ages tonight in Hollywood, CA at the Whisky a Go Go! And don’t forget, in honor of the US Armed Forces this past Veteran’s Day, Battlecross made a limited number of tickets available to VET TIX so that local members of the military may attend a show in their city at no cost. The band will also be donating a portion of the proceeds from the sale of a limited edition tour shirt to a local veteran’s charity, and chose a Veteran in each market for a VIP experience. Battlecross has world rocked by Wounded Warriors at Center For The Intrepid

The  members of Michigan thrash metal band Battlecross were winding their way through the Center For The Intrepid on Friday afternoon when they found themselves back in the main lobby, face to face with someone they just had to talk to.

Most people meeting Army Specialist Ben Eberle for the first time probably would be drawn to the fact his one arm outnumbers his legs. For vocalist Kyle “Gumby” Gunther, the calling card came in the form of what Eberle was wearing on his head.

“I saw the (Detroit Red) Wings cap, and I was like, go Wings!” Gunther exclaimed.

After all, what were the odds a band from the Motor City would meet up with a soldier from their home state at the renowned San Antonio rehab and daily living facility for burn victims and amputees at Fort Sam Houston?

The soldiers on hand this particular afternoon may have felt as if it was their lucky day, given that a rock band was in their house. But you can bet the flip side proved to be even more true. Gunther, guitarists Tony Asta and Hiran Deraniyagala, bassist Don Slater and touring drummer Alex Bent took away an experience they likely won’t forget anytime soon . Keep Reading HERE
