Classic Rock/Progressive Rock Legends KANSAS have premiered (out March 20th) their documentary film “Miracles Out Of Nowhere”, giving their fans a long-overdue look behind the scenes of this veteran band’s long journey. The documentary was directed by Charley Randozzo, featuring a number of interviews with famous fans, including Queen guitarist Brian May and country superstar Garth Brooks.

In 1973, six guys in a local band from America’s heartland began a journey that surpassed even their own wildest expectations, by achieving worldwide superstardom…watch the story unfold as the incredible story of the band KANSAS is told for the first time in the Limited Edition DVD Miracles Out Of Nowhere.
The documentary also includes memories shared by the group’s original lineup as they reconvened in Topeka, KS, to celebrate their 40th anniversary last year. According to the press release announcing the package, highlights include “stories about recording in the studio next to John Lennon, a backstage fight with Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler and how the words ‘free beer’ changed their lives forever.”
In addition to the standard version, Kansas is selling directly an expanded limited-edition set that includes an extra DVD of “bonus features and outtakes not included in the documentary and not available in stores.”
Both versions come with a CD of “hits and deep cuts alongside audio extracts from the film,” put together by producer Jeff Glixman and Kansas drummer Phil Ehart.
