DESTRUCTION: Forced To Cancel Yesterday’s Queretaro Show Due To Security Reasons

German Thrash Icons DESCTRUCTION is currently touring in Mexico, however facing huge problems, as the tour promoter dissappeared right from the moment the band arrived in Mexico. But DESTRUCTION didn’t give up and thanks to the local promoters, the tour could go on. However the band decided to cancel the yesterday’s show in Queretaro, due to the security reasons:

Show tonight is off cause of security reasons. All technical problems we could have cope with and compromise (even though it was the biggest crap EVER!!!) but NOT with SAFETY! We offer all fans with a ticket for today, free entrance for tomorrows show in LEON (2h from here)! I am devastated about this but we all have responsibilty, some promoters DON T GIVE A FUCK it seems …

The stage and the problem of today – those little tables would have cracked in the first song and bones would have been crushed. We had this before! The place was sold out … that `s why there are contracts for security and gear. They ALL been broken! The band is very sorry but the promoter was not willing to compromise. ALL TICKETS ARE VALID FOR THE LEON SHOW TODAY!
