The Darkside has announced the partnership with Bluntface Records:
We are pleased to announce that Bluntface Records has joined The Darkside/Rising Metal in a full collaboration for promotion of the bands on the labels eclectic and growing roster. This is one of several record labels that the Darkside hopes to collaborate with in 2016. This is another great addition to our growing network as we are working diligently to expand our operations and affiliations to offer bands listed through our Rising Metal Listing more opportunities to connect their music with the right industry professionals.
Bluntface Records is an organization founded by Otto Kinzel. Bluntface supports independent musicians and artists that strive to create content outside the mainstream. There are NO pre-formulated requirements; as well as no generic templates. Bluntface strives to provide a forum for those artists who think and act “left-of-center” and need a home for their avant-garde projects. Currently Bluntface Records is open to working with any artists of any genre that yearn for quality of content over quantity, and who feel like they need “someone who understands.”
The Darkside is always looking for new sounds operating off of the beaten down and heavily saturated soundscape of the mainstream. This made the visions and goals of Bluntface records a natural fit for collaboration with our work here on The Darkside.
