
An infectious battle hymn, the visuals to “The Bardcall” perfectly set the story of the fantasy novel “Feuerstimmen” by German bestselling author Christoph Hardebusch to life. A world filled with competing kingdoms, epic battles, dragons, and – of course – music in the form of bard songs.
The official music video holds a special surprise to fans: not only one but two guest appearances by actor John Rhys-Davies (“Lord of the Rings”) who on the album guides the listener through the story of VAN CANTO’s music as a narrator and of course fantasy author Christoph Hardebusch.

VAN CANTO’s new album “Voices Of Fire” will be released on March 11th, 2016 on earMUSIC as 1CD Digipak, 44page Mediabook in hardcover CD format including one bonus track, 1LP Gatefold and on digital. The band has teamed up with German bestseller author Christoph Hardebusch (“Die Trolle” – engl. “The Trolls”) in developing the story on which both the album and book are based on. Christoph’s Hardebusch new fantasy novel “Feuerstimmen” is going to be released on March 17th, 2016 on Piper Verlag. The audio book for which Van Canto set the 18 bard songs from the book to music will be released on the same day.

Coinciding with the album release, Van Canto is going to tour throughout Europe in March and April 2016.
