THY CATAFALQUE, the daringly progressive metal project of Tamás Kátai, are streaming their stunning forthcoming album ‘Meta’. The album, an alluring amalgamation of metal, progressive rock, traditional folk influences, haunting melodies, cavernous vocals, and more, is streaming now at the official THY CATAFALQUE Bandcamp page.
Regarding the album, THY CATAFALQUE mastermind Tamás Kátai comments:
“This is the seventh album of THY CATAFALQUE and to me it feels like a step into the past and the future at the same time. There are many friends participating again and probably there is a bit more Hungarian vibe around the songs. Still it is just flowing somewhere in time and space. I have really enjoyed painting these images.”
‘Meta’ will be released in North American on Oct. 7 (Sept.16th rest of the world) via Season Of Mist. Pre-orders for the album are available now at Season of Mist E-Shop across several formats.
