APOPHYS Release First Single “Retaliate” From Upcoming Album “Devoratis”, Unveil Cover Artwork

Dutch Death Dealers APOPHYS will release their new album “Devoratis” on January 22nd 2018 via Ultimate Massacre Productions. The band has unleashed the first single from the album, entitled “Retaliate”, stream it below.

“Devoratis” (I Devour) is based on a science fiction story written by Kevin Quilligan. We wanted to do a concept album but we couldn’t find a fitting concept. So we decided to write it ourselves. Together with all the members we fashioned our own tale to tell which has given a whole new meaning to our music. An introduction to the story can be found on the next page.

The album was recorded by Yuma van Eekelen (Exivious) and Kevin Quilligan. Mix and mastering by Stefano Morabito at 16th Cellar Studio (Fleshgod Apocalypse, Hour of Penance).
