Lublin, Poland’s long-running death metal quartet DEIVOS is on the verge of releasing their sixth studio full-length, Casus Belli, through Selfmadegod in late November. With the release of the new album on the smoldering horizon, the new single “Nuclear Wind” has been premiered through MetalBite, alongside an interrogation with vocalist Hubert Banach.
After recording the drums at Roslyn Studio, and the bass at Kamil Home Studio, the bulk of DEIVOS‘ Casus Belli including guitars and vocals were handled at Zed Studio in Chechło Poland, where they recorded several of their prior albums. The record was also mixed and mastered at Zed Studio by Tomek Zalewski (Decapitated, Crionics, Thy Disease), and completed with album art by Maciej Kamuda (Sleep, Coffins, Pathology). Fans of Suffocation, Cryptopsy, Decapitated, Yattering, and similar acts are highly advised to check out DEIVOS.
