Internationally acclaimed 7 string guitarist, singer, songwriter and pianist THE COMMANDER IN CHIEF has released the 2nd single and music video from her much anticipated upcoming album; “Berit – Vol.2.”
With catchy hooks, beautiful guitar playing and great sense of humour, “The Manager” portrays the battles artists and their teams are facing, while recording new music.

“Berit – Vol. 2” is the 2nd of 4 new albums with new, original, acoustic music from The Chief. “Berit – Vol.1” was very well received and has been hailed as “a masterpiece” by several reviewers. A deluxe, special edition of the album was recently released.
During the Corona virus lockdown The Chief does not have access to the place where she normally records vocals. By creative thinking, she found out that her manager’s walk through wardrobe would be an excellent vocal booth. Likewise, all the music videos for the new album have been shot at home, indoors or outdoors.
Last month she released the 1st single from the upcoming album; the hauntingly beautiful song “Non Si Sa Mai,” in which she shows off both her guitar and piano skills. Having moved to Italy at the age of 6, spending most of her childhood years there, she was very excited about recording a song in Italian.

The release of “Berit – Vol.2” has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, caused by the Corona virus, causing delays with both the CD manufacturer and digital distributor. The album will be released towards the end of May 2020, if everything goes according to plan, in these very uncertain times.
It is still possible to pre-order “Berit -Vol.2” but some items from the campaign have sold out.
