Finnish alternative metallers DELTA ENIGMA, who brought ’Waterfall’ to the world in May, will release their second single of the year. ‘Unreality’ doesn’t follow in the footsteps of their previous release; it is something entirely different.
The song’s visual narrative required 26 characters and shows the more eccentric capabilities of Vin Valentino. Valentino excels in the art of subtlety, leaving the audience their own opportunity to form an understanding of the story. Springing into action at each opportunity to unveil something insightful beneath the surface, Valentino has outdone himself again. For this reason, this press release will not delve into the origin or creativity behind this piece, allowing everyone to form their own interpretation.

“Unreality” is available on all streaming services from July 31st and video from August 7th on Youtube.

It should be noted the difficulties in having actors play multiple characters. Not all 26 characters could have a separate actor – Some actors had multiple roles throughout the video. It’s pretty challenging to squeeze the story into a few minutes on a topic that could have been made into a movie, says Vin. Nevertheless, he believes the idea behind the story comes through. It will be interesting to see how many different conclusions are generated. What do you think happened to Alice?
Delta Enigma will return with their third single of the year, ‘Venom’, this fall.
