‘Flesh Wound’ is the first song we wrote together after recording our EP and it has been a staple of our live set since our earliest shows.

The first time we played Flesh Wound live it was the second to last song in our set. So when we announced that the next song would be our last and someone in the crowd yelled out “just play more of that riff again!” We knew we were on to a winner.

We love it because it captures our sound so well, from the dynamics of vocals and instrumentation to the tension and release in the arrangement. When the song reaches its climax, there is a feeling of catharsis both lyrically and musically.
