Something is brewing in the north of Germany, in this case in the Osnabrück area to be precise! AORYST is the name of the thrash metal forge that is preparing to release its debut album next year. The band has its origins back in 2018 with mastermind Kristian Leš (ex Thy Oblivion), who found further comrades-in-arms in the coming years.
The upcoming album was recorded and produced in the summer of 2023 at Soundlodge Studio by Jörg Uken, who also plays the drums on a practical and temporary basis. In the meantime, the band has also completed its line-up in this position with ex-Mourning Caress drummer Sebastian Schlüter. On the Aoryst Bandcamp page there is already a first audio sample that indicates the direction the band will take.
