In an electrifying move, Swedish hard rock sensation Symphony Of Sweden has just dropped their highly anticipated first professional music video, a bold leap into a new era of creativity for the band. This visual masterpiece accompanies a track from their upcoming third album, which promises to be a game-changer in their musical journey.
When asked about the band’s evolution over the past three years, especially in anticipation of their third album, Evan, one of the band’s key members, shared, “We have definitely found our sound now with the third album. Our transformation started with the first album, and with ‘Giants,’ ‘She’s in My Head,’ ‘Under Fire,’ we realized we were slowly finding our path to our identity sound-wise.”
Evan further explained the band’s decision to create a professional video, stating, “Our passion was and still is to produce and perform great music, and videos were more like a ‘necessary evil.’ Now, we’re taking small steps to make it more equal between the music and the videos from a quality and artistic point of view.”
Sharing insights into the experience of working with a professional crew and video director for the first time, Evan expressed, “It was a kind of relief to put the video completely in the hands of another person for the first time!” Anticipating the impact, he adds, “By taking the videos to a higher level, I think we will be considered as a whole to be a more established band and show the audience we are dead serious about our music!“
Lee, the voice of the band, describes the journey as “one hell of a ride,” acknowledging the challenges they’ve overcome. “A lot of hours, a lot of work. Body struggles, voice struggles – all of that has led us to the third album with a lot of badass songs.” Talking about the music video, he shared, “We always want to do better and bigger. We have talked about hiring a film director for a long time. And Evan found this guy, and he really did a good job.”Lee‘s excitement is palpable as he adds, “It was really damn cool. I felt like a small kid experiencing it all for the first time and couldn’t believe that it all was our doing.”
As Symphony Of Sweden gears up for the release of their third album, Evan reflects on the band’s growth, stating, “Millions of hugs to all of you who support our music!” Lee emphasizes the band’s relentless pursuit of excellence, saying, “We have our goals. We will not quit till we get there.” With a rallying cry to fans, he adds, “Keep sharing! We will never stop.”
With the release of their third album on the horizon and a newfound commitment to visual storytelling, Symphony Of Sweden is set to make 2024 an exhilarating year for fans. As they continue to evolve and push their creative boundaries, one thing is clear – Symphony Of Sweden is a force to be reckoned within the world of rock.

Pontus „Evan” Hagberg
Linus „Lee” Wester
Evan and Lee lived in the same small town up north in Sweden. Lee had his own little service point, betting shop, tobacco store nearby which also happened to be Evan’s local service point where he went to get his parcels. After saying hello to each other for a couple of years, there was one day Evan had a parcel to get – which obviously was music-related. They fell into conversation with each other, a few days later Evan invited Lee to his studio. Evan: „he had found one of my instrumental tracks on Youtube and sang it with a new melody on top and lyrics for me in the studio, right there when he just arrived! I was blown away, and a week later we had our first ever track produced and completed. As soon he sang his first two words in the studio I wanted to work with him!”
The band released their first album, Inner Demons in January 2021, and their second album, Saints Of Yesterday came out on the 3rd of February, 2022.
