The UK’s most exciting new heavy band, HERIOT, have unveiled their new single, At the Fortress Gate, their second glimpse of their long-awaited debut album. Devoured by the Mouth of Hell will be released 27th September.

The single was recorded with Josh Middleton (Sylosis, Architects) and GRAMMY award-winning Will Putney (END, Fit For An Autopsy, Better Lovers); and the video was directed by the band’s long-time collaborator Harry Steel and filmed at HERIOT’s performances this summer at Hellfest, Jera on Air, Download Festival, Resurrection, Rock Am Ring and Rock im Park.
The band comment: “At the Fortress Gate blends elements from both our early and newer influences. It’s been one of our favourite unreleased tracks to perform live over this festival season, and we can’t wait to add it in the set for the Fit For An Autopsy tour later this year!”
