Italian rockers SVANZICA release today the new single “On Our Light Clothes”, available on all digital platforms via Volcano Records & Promotion. This track, the first single from their upcoming 2025 album, is a sonic journey blending the band’s rock and metal roots with alternative influences, inspired by the poetry of Gabriele D’Annunzio’s “The Rain in the Pine Forest”.
“On Our Light Clothes” tells the story of two lovers who reunite, leaving dark days behind as they dissolve into the spirit of the forest that surrounds them. The track combines English and Italian lyrics, showcasing the band’s ability to traverse genres and languages, creating a unique and evocative atmosphere. Formed in 2005, Svanzica has continuously evolved, transitioning from melodic death metal to more progressive and alternative sounds. Following the success of “Red Reflections” in 2018, the band has focused on live performances and crafting their upcoming album, which promises to solidify their artistic vision further.
