Wormholedeath Records is proud to announce the signing of the progressive metal quartet PAST GLORIES, set to release their debut album “Damiano’s Fall” on April 4, 2025.

Blending intricate musical landscapes reminiscent of Opeth, Devin Townsend Project, and Porcupine Tree, Past Glories represents a cutting-edge evolution of progressive metal. Their debut album promises a rock opera-like narrative experience, featuring 18 dynamic tracks that explore complex emotional territories.

Frontman Sebastián Caldas shares:
“Continuing to work with Wormholedeath is an honor. My first album marked my return to heavy metal after years as a classical guitarist. Now, with Damiano’s Fall, the collaborative energy of the band has been truly inspiring. This album is like crafting a rock opera—each track weaves a story with characters brought to life by the music.”

Producer Victor Valencia ensured the album’s seamless recording. Contributions from Jonas Baetge and the Borås Kammarkör, as well as stunning violin solos by Leire Pérez, elevated the record’s emotional depth. Visionary artist Nikita Kaun brought the story’s essence to life with breathtaking album artwork.

Guitarist Jens Gullbrandsson Ahlsén reflects on the creative process:
