VOODOO HIGHWAY Return with Fiery Live Album “Made In Kachot”

Seven years after their last studio album, VOODOO HIGHWAY return to full power with Made In Kachot — their first-ever live album, recorded in its entirety during the band’s reunion concert at the RockaFE Festival in Ferrara on June 2, 2025.

Released yesterday, on October 24, 2025, the record marks the long-awaited comeback of one of Italy’s most beloved hard rock acts, delivering an unfiltered snapshot of pure, live energy: raw, loud, and real.

The show that became Made In Kachot was a defining moment for the band. After a seven-year hiatus, Federico Di Marco (vocals), Filippo Cavallini (bass), Filippo Romeo (guitar)s, Massimiliano Sabbadini (Hammond), and Vincenzo Zairo (drums) reunited for a blazing performance that reignited the spirit of their early years.

The sound is unmistakably theirs — roaring Hammond organ, pounding basslines, searing guitar riffs, and the soulful voice that made them stand out on the European hard rock scene.

Recording, mixing, and mastering were handled by Samuele Grandi at Sonika Recording, Ferrara, which also took care of the album’s executive production. The cover artwork by Christian Bondandini captures the intensity and immediacy of the live experience.

From their acclaimed debut Broken Uncle’s Inn (2011) to Showdown (2013) — featuring artwork by Storm Thorgerson (Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin) and a Classic Rock UK “Track of the Month” — and their third full-length The Ordeal (2017), VOODOO HIGHWAY have built a legacy of timeless hard rock infused with soul, swagger, and Hammond-driven fire. Made In Kachot bridges that legacy with a renewed vision for the future.

“‘Made In Kachot’ is the sound of a band rediscovering itself. We didn’t want perfection — we wanted truth. It’s sweat, feedback, and heart captured on tape,” says Federico Di Marco, vocalist and founding member.

In December 2025, VOODOO HIGHWAY will enter the studio with producer Eddy Cavazza (Logan Mader, John Wetton, Fear Factory) to record their fourth studio album, marking the beginning of a new creative era.

After years of silence, Made In Kachot reaffirms what the world already knew: rock never dies — it just waits for the right band to wake it up again.
