Gandhi under crack and a small twisted spoon, outside soluble rebellions of the O.N.U, in my head deflagrations and asphyxiating shell, MIG 21 takeoff, now this New World Order has its antithesis, its soundtrack is perfect: Modern post metal as Dali or Tool under ecstasy, ADIMIRON spits with this crashing third album (after Burning Souls in 2004 and When Reality Wakes up in 2009) which combines the best of Fear Factory in its musical architecture, and an epileptic Meshuggah, in clear intensity.
Registered in Italy, “K2” enjoyed a production “al dente” at Swedish Fascination Street Studios led by Jens Bogren (Opeth, Amon Amarth,…) that propels the metal work of heights of efficiency. It ploughs deep, spin it, it leaves no agreements.
Gojira merging with a martial Morbid Angel, the flesh and skeleton in short, this “Open-Thrash” ravaged metal projects in the XXII century. A major project, enjoyable and conducted master-hand by inspired musicians (the emergence of Dave Padden in the song “The Whisperer” and hearing annihilation, showing the serious resluts) and who makes this introspective and metaphysics trip, will find a place alongside the latest Zuul Fx, Mnemic or Textures, when Intelligence in Art is not masturbatory and crippling. Pink Floyd flayed alive, Machine Head licking Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds, selected, friends, your ingredients.
This music is the sweet smell of the Molotov cocktail.
It inflames your senses-

Indeed, this phoenix cannot die, and therefore each time to sublimate…
New album of the Czech EAGLEHEART, founded in 2003 by guitarist Michal Kus helped by Vojta “Kai” Šimoník (vocals), Michal “MJ” Jankuliak (guitars), Jirí “Wágner” Fiala (bass), Zdenek “Smrt” Vémola (drums), note that after a first EP (Black Sun) and an album “Time Of Life” in 2008, tabled in our feet is the new offering (today housed in Scarlet Records), recorded at Grapow Studios, under the kindness and talent of the producer guitarist and singer, Roland Grapow (Masterplan, ex-Helloween) entitled “Dreamtherapy”.
Modern Epic Progressive Power Metal but it’s not it in fact…
Just imagine a bombastic and bodybuilded Stratovarius, Dream Theater who’s finally incisive and going to the point, Malmsteen’s Rising Force released of a sclerosant egocentrisme and now indomitable, a sexy Pagan’s Mind, Helloween which took root in England, a “Germanic” Sonata Arctica: everything here is perfection and much more.
Two advantages of weight: voice and shreds, absolutely incredible, inspired, which emmenent 10 compositions (not details here, everything is remarkable melodic power and each piece remains unstoppable) of the perfect album to heights of efficiency, clear and majestic melodies, and lyrics are “wow”, under the common cumulation of age and astonishing as the lightnings, killer riffs and Dantesque production (in the form). Navigating in an atmosphere that takes us back in our commotions in the discovery of the One Night In Budokan by the blond Archangel Michael Schenker or experienced enjoyment after the Number Of The Beast, this sensation won’t never be the same…
After having burned the stages alongside the bands like WASP, Blaze Bayley, André Matos, Elvenking, Dark Moor, and House Of Lords, nothing can stop these proud animals. As the infinite skies, the future belongs to EAGLEHEART.
And even if the dawn is arriving, I do not want to wake me up, I still want to fly, soar, caressing clouds, because you see, this dream makes my heart beat. This music makes my heart beat.
In the nocturnal escapades of the royal Raptor listen to his song, fixed to the Moon, because his piercing eyes can find your soul: appoints his name and be saved: EAGLEHEART!

EVERY LITTLE THING THEY DO IS MAGIC
Just stroke the time in the direction of the wind, and try to take a few steps backward…
Sept 2010, in the rush and the hubbub, thousand banners wind the hungry groups cross with crashing the drawbridge, and to grant in this ultimate looting gold and tapestries, chickens and rusty blades.
But there is only a throne…
No doubt, this victorious warlord assault will be valiant to PATHFINDER, taken by the talented Polish and luminous Szymon Kostro (vocals), enchanting Pearl who often touches the angels (like Fabio Leone or Ben Sotto of the recommended Heavenly Frenchies), a “Dantesque” heavy-metal Symphony and a hair-raising melodic power metal (who often reminds us the best of Sonata Artica, Rhapsody Of Fire, Dragonland and Kamelot). Adding to this the exceptional metal Symphony soprano Agata Lejba-Migdalska, she tears away the stars, by the honey flows of her voice, the beauty and innocence that could even rule the soul of the most hardened of the warriors.
We walk here with dungeons and dragons, but also the shadow of Edgar Allan Poe hangs over the moat… 70 minutes’ bombastic which you embrace deeply, the minutes that have never been as valuable as a travel initiative in the land of absolute purity, where everything is calm, luxury and pleasure. Music for Angels made by angels, because this music breathes the goodness and love, enlarged here and there by some tambourines, Merry and frenzied violins. Guitar solos, formidable keyboards and sharp service [inspired by collaborations of Roberto Tiranti (Labyrinth), Bob Katsionis (Firewind) and Matias Kupiainen (Stratovarius)], this heavy-power metal is exhilarating, regeneration, a bath of sensual midnight in the depths of a magical Lake…
Take here some time to breathe this invigorating air, and thank the gods to grant us so much happiness while listening to these incredible pieces, today the sacred parchment has been unveiled to the world, which was ignoring for too long time this unexpected band, which, with this first self-produced test is surprising the listener with its wonderful strong metal. (you must hear it to believe, what correctness in production, it’s ample and precise!)
Myths and mystical quests, sonatas in the moon light of Beethoven, ghostly whisper, Wolf howling on Crescent luridus, princess waiting after his valiant knight, no doubt, the take is ensured.
Now, take this Time, caress it, smell the bise while resonnent to the distant these piano notes… The Heavy-Metal Symphony has new arms. On the flag fleet this quest, a promise: PATHFINDER.
Nothing will ever be as before…

And out of time, an ephemeral bubble, absinth green steam, dark crows defy Poe, Baroque ‘n’ Roll, this boat ripped the water lilies and landed on the shores to the enchantment, adventure, because we must merit this music, it is a journey to the outer limits of the absurd and madness, a metal maelstrom.
Second album in 17 years of career after many line-up changes, this “Diabolism Of Conversation” (with a beautiful and inspired black white artwork) of the tortured Italian Fury n’ Grace is necessary with the deep voice print of the amazing Deathmaster (DoomSword) as well as a musical dialectic arriving at maturity (after that of 2007 entitled “Tales Of The Grotesque and Arabesque”), severe postulating the first step of the podium, under the flag of best experimental and progressive album this year 2011.
Relying on a Candlemass under mescaline and exceeding widely “Metal” framework because so much digested influences are piercing the skin here and there (the charming voice, abyssal beauty, that can even convene a crepuscular Bowie, a Scott Walker who would have succeeded…, the compositions bordering the “Math Metal” in their arid and belligerent structures and their harsh psychedelic descents that would make proud a demonic Iron Butterfly…), in short, granted possession…
Full work to take as a whole, as one cannot separate the fetus from the mother, this music is alive, moves outside and inside, spitting of blood clots in a glass of milk, taste my child the beverage of the turmoil. Complex but illuminated, tortuous as the human soul, this Metal will not leave unharmed.
Romantic and gruesome ballets where glaucous from the 70s invite themselves in this Palace, doom in the architecture and heavy in the foundations, sensual when it is, this church opens other Aldous Huxley’s doors…
Hypnotic metal for hungry neurons, this drug is called Fury n’ Grace. What a Trip !

LORD VOLTURE, Pure and Unpolished Heavy Metal hailing from The Netherlands. Lord Volture are: David Marcelis – Vocals, Paul Marcelis – Guitars, Leon Hermans – Guitars, Simon Geurts – Bass, Frank Wintermans – Drums. Some days ago MSFinland’s Mel Delacroix interviewed the band, and this is what he found out…
Mel Delacroix : Hello, can you start by presenting LORD VOLTURE to our readers…
Leon Hermans: We are a Heavy Metal band from The Netherlands!
David Marcelis: We’re a young band with quite some experience from past bands, such as BURN, Methusalem, Conquestador and various tribute bands. What I think is one of our qualities is the diversity of input genres and thereby the variation in and between our songs. Oh yeah, it’s definitely heavy metal, but there’s a lot of power metal and especially US power metal in there, as well as early thrash and speed metal influences.
MD : Why this band name, Lord Volture?
DM: The words “volt” from voltage in the name represents the strength and power in our music, but with a majestic and prestigious touch from the prefix “Lord”. All, however, with a rough edge, from the word “vulture”, as our music is raw, unpolished and in-your-face. Continue Reading

OFFSHORE SENSATIONS
Miami sunset, “lame” Gucci, purring Testarossa, Baile Átha Cliath seem far away…And yet, we will take this imaginary bridge to “Rock ‘n Roll Circus”, a new enlighted album (recorded at Rob’s GMG Studio One in Ireland) of the Irelands’ German-Italian born guitarist, singer, producer (and magician…) ROB MANCINI, who after several years of silence found the highways of success with this Pearl of stamped metal of the 80’s, this AOR is of very high class, a Melodic Rolls Royce and refreshing cocktail. (Rob played on the international rock circuit in the mid of 90’s with “Hotwire” & “Crush”, recording a lot of albums and sharing the stage with artists as Victory, Thunderhead, Dare etc before moving to Ireland in 2001 to work as studio and session musician).
Sexy Luxury.
No doubt, nobody expected it. And therefore it’s all its force. If the sweet musical inclinaison since several years find force and showcases (“Above and Beyond” of Bad Habit, the monstrous “The Greatest Wonder” of Khymera or even the latest Treat and Work of Art), it is clear that ROB MANCINI simply and humbly puts a new stone to the majestic building that have built the illustrious ancestors such as Fleetwood Mac, Eagles or closest us Toto, Journey and Survivor. Pride Of Lions also.
Cathedral of Pleasure.
Crunchy as the 80’s, free as a Seagull, this music gives the thrills. Euterpe gloats and a manhandled geography make these bright keyboards and sweet rhythmics prove the lovely and proud Ireland, and it’s not so far away from the mischievous California by these avalanche of sunny and positively addictive sounds. Welcome into this circus, and if the opening laughter may seem worrisome (we are very far from Alice Cooper), that is, it is better to be confused. Exit from the darkness and sad mood, Rock ‘n Roll Circus announces colors: Martyred Bon Jovi by the expressions of Marylin Manson. Surprisingly. Here no doubt, everything seems possible.
With the third song we are at the heart of the words, powerful, sleek and AOR which is a flavor without moderation, a glass of Chianti in hand, before an ochre sunset. Huge single, “Edge Of Broken Heart” takes all its promises with the “Malmsteenish” arpeggios at the mid of the song, note also its magical female choirs. Not the time to catch the breath, and the warm voice of Rob convenes Jon Bon Jovi and Corey Hart in “Everytime You cry” with its hypnotic mid-tempo.. and I know that I’m facing here a rare and precious mistress piece.
Undue keyboards and goth vibrations, the start is dantesque of the next “resumption of the sublime” song “Running Up That hill” (maybe this new version was inspired by Rob Mancini’s muse & fiancée). My adored Kate Bush is now mounting the adrenaline and shows a smile on her faces. Rob once again magnifies the remarks and with his magical voice we remain stunned. Wow, what monumental slap.
“Lay Down The Law” and Texas is invited to the feast, pure moment of happiness with this supported tribute to the bearded ZZTop, gleaming boogie (Eliminator’ s touch), Rob, Rob, you are magic! Leave for a moment
the years when Reagan returned to full feet in the 90’s with “Weak As I Am”, a synthetic, dark introspection to the intonation voices recalling here the very estimated Mike Tramp. “Too Late To Die”, dark pop to seductive whispers, light the lights and say the words: I want more!
Over and over again, AOR silver rocket tired our heart, “The Reaper” barely calms our hunger. Radiating solos on sheets of vindictive keyboards, that is, I want even more this voice! Escaping eruptions of Satriani’s guitars are biting on “United We Stand” and the hypnotic “Somebody” which will be printed deeply in our memory. Then occurs the last minutes, murderous, cruel, and how to say farewell…? How to leave without much suffering? Perhaps then to dive into this ocean by a psychedelic surf, that is “Time Stops For No One But You”, last languorous kiss that would see a mild hosted Jane’s Addiction and a lunar Ozzy to conclude this charming journey…Through the continents through the strata of our flesh, of our souls.
Nietzsche wrote, “Without the music the life would be an error”. With this “Rock ‘n Roll Circus” Rob Mancini corrects our disillusionments. And if your music is a cry that comes from within, know Rob, I heard it.
It’s not a Rock ‘n Roll Circus.
It’s an AOR Anthology-
MASTERPIECE. Not less-
