Schenker’s new album ‘My Years with UFO’ is a tribute to the golden years that saw British hard rock band UFO rise from an underground phenomenon to rock legends.
Produced by Michael Schenker and Michael Voss, the new album marks the 50th anniversary of Schenker’s era with UFO, spanning from 1972 to 1978. The ‘German Wunderkind’ was asked to join UFO at just 17 years old. In the following years, Michael Schenker secured his place as one of rock’s most influential creators by composing UFO’s most beloved tracks, including ‘Doctor Doctor’, ‘Rock Bottom’, ‘Lights Out’, ‘Love to Love’ and many more.
Although Michael Schenker’s era with UFO spanned only six years, his influence as a young songwriter and exceptional guitarist had already left a lasting mark on the world of rock. During these meteoric years, the UFO albums ‘Phenomenon’, ‘Force It’, ‘No Heavy Petting’, ‘Lights Out’, ‘Obsession’, and the seminal live album ‘Strangers in the Night’ were recorded, each contributing significantly to the genre. ‘Strangers in the Night’ particularly stands out as one of the most influential live rock albums of all time and is still regarded as a cornerstone in any rock enthusiast’s collection.
In this celebratory album, Michael Schenker presents 11 of UFO’s greatest hits from this magical era with an impressive lineup of guest stars. Joining Schenker on this journey are Derek Sherinian on keys, Brian Tichy on drums, and Barry Sparks on bass.
The stellar roster of guest artists includes Axl Rose, Slash, Kai Hansen, Roger Glover, Joey Tempest, Biff Byford, Jeff Scott Soto, John Norum, Dee Snider, Joel Hoekstra, Joe Lynn Turner, Carmine Appice, Adrian Vandenberg, Michael Voss, Stephen Pearcy, and Erik Grönwall.

The first incarnation of the band was originally founded in Rome, Italy, by brothers Diego Cafolla (guitars) and Manuel Thundra Cafolla (drums) under the name of “Earth Shaker”.
Inspired by Edgar Allan Poe’s poem “Raven” and driven by a will of change, the band’s name was soon altered into KINGCROW and a couple of self-produced demos/albums where recorded under the KINGCROW moniker: Something Unknown(2001), Insider (2004) and Timetropia (2006).
In the early months of 2010 the band finished recording their new album “Phlegethon” that was released in June of the same year under the “Scarlet Records” label.
It was considered on an international level as a relevant masterpiece and was classed as one of the elite progressive metal albums of the year. It has been near the top of the “album of the year” charts in some international prog-rock websites. Phlegethon promotion lasted for about two years and a half.
During the same year, the band recorded the new album “In Crescendo” that was released in February 2013 by the American label “Sensory Records.
The band toured along with Pain Of Salvation in North America in April and May, 2013. In 2015 the band released the album “Eidos” and toured Europe as Headliners. Meanwhile KINGCROW signed a management deal with GlassVille Music, house of very well known progressive acts like Pain Of Salvation and Riverside among others.
The band recorded the new album titled “The Persistence”.
The album was released on September 7th via Sensory Records and received great reviews and ended on a lot of “best of 2018” lists on magazines and webzines.
The upcoming album “Hopium” marks another step forward in pushing boundaries remarking the restless progressive attitude of the band in incorporating countless influences into a personal sound.
Describing the band today is quite a difficult task, but one could state that the influence of different kinds of music, from progressive rock , ambient music, alternative rock and metal are all present in the music of KINGCROW.
With each release KINGCROW has taken a step further away from their original roots and is regarded today as one of the most exciting bands that Italy has to offer.

Italian dark metal act INNO – featuring current and former members of FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE, HOUR OF PENANCE, THE FORESHADOWING, SULPHUR AND MERCURY and NOVEMBRE – has reemerged with a new line-up that includes new singer Tiziana De Amicis.

Together with her, we have been hard at work to finish our second album, feeling more inspired than ever, after having to go back to the drawing board. With Tiziana’s voice on our tracks, we have created something really special that we are truly proud of. The new songs are dark, heavy, intense, deeply emotional and powerful. We can’t wait for you to hear them!
We will enter the studio on the 1st of October, so keep an eye out and stay tuned.

I met Marco while recording in his studio for another one of my projects, and we immediately realised we could work very well together. Being the singer of Inno is allowing me to learn a lot, and express myself in such a different way. The members of the band are amazing human beings and the artistic exchange we have is precious. Also, being a huge metalhead, it’s obviously a dream come true! I can’t wait to share our new music with everyone’.

“The Rain Under” was produced by the band and mixed by Marco Mastrobuono and Giuseppe Orlando in Rome. Mastering was handled by renowned Danish producer Jacob Hansen (KATATONIA, VOLBEAT, EPICA).

With a sound of strong character and sensitive soul, EVERLASTING FALL is an Italian alternative band that expresses explosive and positive rock with romantic sentiment. The band released their debut album, “Alive,” in September 2023. “Alive” represents the band’s journey in search of a mature and cohesive sound, drawing inspiration from the diverse musical backgrounds of its members: Federico on vocals and rhythm guitar, Tommaso on lead guitar, Simone on bass, and Giovanni “Serpe” on drums. Their musical influences range from more classic rock and metal to alternative metal bands such as Alter Bridge and Three Days Grace.
