Modern metal band TELMA has unveiled their third and final single, “Crystal Clear”, before the release of their highly anticipated album “Awakening”, set for release on February 28. The track is accompanied by a brand new music video featuring footage from the band’s recent 2023 Balkan/European tour.
Following the release of their previous singles, “Seventeen” and “Belly of the Beast”, “Crystal Clear” offers another glimpse into TELMA‘s dynamic sound and thought-provoking lyrics. The band shares the inspiration behind the song: “The more we approach Death, the more we understand what’s important in life, the more we dedicate our lives to it. Life is nothing without those things that make us feel alive. As we live for them, Death is absent. It’s Crystal Clear to us now.“
Building upon the success of their 2021 debut, “Eternal”, which delved into the inner struggles of humanity, TELMA‘s upcoming offering “Awakening” takes a broader, more socially conscious approach. The album addresses pressing global issues such as the abuse of power, societal injustice, and gender-based violence.
“Awakening” was produced by George Margaritopoulos and recorded at M.S.M. Studios & Devasoundz Studios. The album was mixed by Fotis Benardo (Devasoundz Studios) and mastered by Tony Lindgren at Fascination Street Studios. Stunning artwork and design by Artaxas Design.
“Awakening” will be self-released by TELMA on February 28th, 2025. The album is available for pre-order at THIS LOCATION

In the more than three decades of their existence, CREMATORY have seen trends come and go, while always staying true to their trademarks, they belong to one of Germany’s most distinctive gothic metal pioneers to date. Following their latest studio offering, “Inglorious Darkness” (2022), now, CREMATORY returns with a brand new single entitled “Destination”, the title track of the band’s forthcoming album that is slated for a release on May 2nd via ROAR!
“It’s a really tough song, but at the same time it has a catchy chorus that drills itself straight into the ear canal and won’t let go,“the band comments. “This song will also be the opener on the tour in May for the “Destination” album. A big punch in the face with a great chorus!”
With their 17th studio album, CREMATORY promises to reach new and even higher levels than ever before! Literally combining all the strengths and phases of the gothic metal pioneers, going back to their melodic death metal roots in places, diving deep into the gothic realm again but also surprising listeners, “Destination” will mark a triumphant return to the past combined with the strengths of the present.
“The new studio album ‘Destination’ is an ingenious mix of the 90s gothic metal times like ‘Illusions’, combined with hard melodic death metal hymns like ‘Act Seven’ and modern electronic songs with German lyrics in the style of ‘Revolution’. More is not possible“, drummer Markus Jüllich recently said and added: ”With ‘Destination’ the new standard of the modern melodic gothic metal era is determined! The previous album “Inglorious Darkness” was the start of Felix singing all the songs on his own again and now we’ve managed a perfect precision landing with “Destination”!”
With many more album details to be unveiled in the weeks ahead, one thing is already clear: CREMATORY are highly motivated, are upping the ante and definitely still have a lot to say even after 34 years of a successful band history!

To celebrate their fifth record the band unveils the official video for “Duende,” created by Michele Canevari and featuring Sharon Ferrante.
“Taking its name from a book written by Federico García Lorca, the song is an emotional journey rooted in memory while searching for meaning amid the shadows of the past. The track unfolds through heavy riffs and evocative atmospheres, with a latent tension which builds up until it explodes into a melancholic finale. The lyrics are an inner dialogue—a plea suspended between nostalgia and hope, between the desire to return home and the awareness that nothing will ever be the same again” explains band.
Some albums go unnoticed, and then there are those that leave a deep mark, like an engraving on vinyl. EvAAvE, the new album by Di’Aul, belongs to the latter category. A sonic ritual, a journey through the dust and bones of doom, infused with sludge, catharsis, and a visceral urgency that explodes with the power of an electric storm.
There is a sense of vertigo throughout EvAAvE, like an uncertain step on the border between ruin and rebirth, between the weight of the past and the fury of the present.
Di’Aul sculpt sound with hands dirty with earth and ashes, making doom a living language, writhing between poetry and damnation.
EvAAvE stands out for its rich and layered lyricism, rooted in symbolism, existentialism, and the darkness of the human condition. The lyrics shift between dreamlike imagery and visceral reflections, alternating introspection and social critique.
Nature plays a fundamental role, with evocative descriptions and symbols (as in Geosmina and Petricore) that allude to a deep and spiritual connection with the natural world.
The influences of poets like Sylvia Plath and Amelia Rosselli can be felt in the intimate and painful imagery, often associated with contrasting emotions such as loneliness and hope (Duende, Mad Dalena). Biblical and mythological references (Succubi et Incubi, EvAAvE) add complexity, exploring themes of guilt, redemption, and duality.
The lyrics use a language that shifts between rawness and lyricism. Short, fragmented sentences intertwine with sensory-rich images (“Breathing with the other’s lungs”, “Sweat and blood in the air, no despair to bear”), creating a visceral and immersive atmosphere.
Many lyrics play on opposites (life/death, light/darkness, guilt/innocence), reflecting both internal and universal conflict. This is particularly evident in tracks like Tar Wings and EvAAvE.
Recorded live at Vacuum Studio in Bologna under the guidance of Enrico Baraldi, and later mastered by Esben Willems (Monolord, SLOWER) at Berserk Studio in Gothenburg, EvAAvE is a living, pulsating body, made of organic sounds and raw energy, without compromise. Every riff is a boulder, every word a scar on the skin, every track a chapter of a dark liturgy that feeds on sacredness and primal instinct.
With a well-established musical journey and numerous live performances across Italy and Europe, sharing the stage with bands such as Crowbar, Messa, Goblin, Jex Toth, The Ossuary, Geoff Tate, Nibiru, and Ahab, Di’Aul confirm themselves as one of the most intense and recognizable acts in the heavy underground scene.

Besides delivering captivating hard rock/metal tunes over and over again, the group are also known for capturing the essence of their art in the form of well-crafted music videos, mostly directed by long-time partner Andreas Lundin(Litbox Productions) – and the visualisation of the record’s title track is no exception: kept in blue shades, ‘The World Was Never Enough’ matches the thought-provoking atmosphere surrounding the whole album.
“Get ready to be captivated and energised by a powerful, heavy and tough hard rock/metal song with enchanting melodies and a catchy and haunting hook. Featuring lyrics which dive into a story with a spy and 007-like feeling to it, it’s a story about two people on the run who have a bond that is stronger and bigger than this world could ever offer,” lyricist Robert Hilli reveals.
On “The World Was Never Enough,”DAYS OF JUPITER’s first album in almost seven years, pure energy blends with raw rock ‘n’ roll spirit, resulting in a soundtrack for rebels and outsiders. Also made to spread the word of DOJ in new territories, the album consists of 10 excitingly varied tracks. It was recorded at Sweden’s Orange Monkey Studio, where the band locked themselves for quite a while, directed by mixing/mastering engineer Peo Hedin and Robert Hilli, who also took care of photography duties for the new campaign, to record the follow-up to “Panoptical” [2018]. Brilliantly summarising the essence of the record, the band hired Zark Metal Artwork to design the “TWWNE”cover which layout was fine worked by Jenny Pettersson.
With over 20 million streams on Spotify and widespread critical acclaim across four studio albums, DAYS OF JUPITER’s journey began in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden in 2010. Their debut album, “Secrets Brought To Life” [2012], marked their entrance onto the global stage, followed by a performance at the prestigious Sweden Rock Festival. Their albums “Only Ashes Remain” and “New Awakening” helped expand their reach, landing them more live performances, including international shows. The band eventually supported DISTURBED in front of 10,000 fans in Estonia following the release of their fourth album, “Panoptical” [2018].
Now, with a strong new partnership with Reigning Phoenix Music (RPM), DAYS OF JUPITER are back with their fifth album, aiming to please their loyal fanbase and attract new metal fans worldwide.
