Italian Thrashers XENOS A.D. have been confirmed to the next edition of the prestigious Horns Up festival in Greece. The band will play the 2nd of May and will perform some tracks from the new album “Reqviem for the Oppressor” out worldwide at the end of May via My Kingdom Music.
Formed by friends Giuseppe Taormina (guitars), Ignazio Nicastro (voice & bass), Danilo Ficicchia (drums), Xenos A.D. quickly gained recognition in the European metal scene thanks to their impressive live attitude and performances at some of the greatest festivals in Europe (Wacken Open Air, Agglutination, Into The Grave, Area 53 among others).
Their distinctive blend of lyricism about war and its horrors, combined with their relentless, neck-breaking thrash, pays homage to the genre’s golden age Gods such as Slayer, Megadeth, Kreator, Exodus and Testament as well as some of the melody and progressive tendencies of Metal Church and Death Angel.
Fans of thrash metal can rejoice in yet another band flying their Metal flag proudly. Now all you have to do is experience the raw power of the fury of Xenos A.D.

Following the critically acclaimed debut album Yume, FLOYA embark on one final journey through the dreamlike world they’ve crafted—before setting course for new sonic frontiers. ‘Cloud9’ is the explosive send-off, an adrenaline-fuelled fusion of rock, hyperpop, and drum & bass/jungle that pushes the band’s dynamic range to new heights.
Driven by pulsating electronic beats, ‘Cloud9’ bridges the ethereal soundscapes of Yume with the raw intensity of what’s to come. Lyrically, the song is a moment of clarity – “I see you, I know who you are, but you’re not even in my orbit anymore.” It’s a euphoric rush—both a celebration and a transition—announcing a more grounded chapter in FLOYA’s evolution.
The music video, filmed in Tokyo and Osaka, captures this shift. Neon-lit streets and vast cityscapes provide the perfect setting for a track that’s all about moving forward without looking back.
Catch FLOYA live: 12.06. Rock For People Festival 04.07. Radar Festival
