Among the guests on what will be my debut album, I have the honor and privilege of having the extraordinary participation of the man recognized worldwide as the father of black metal: MANTAS.
In February 1984, I went to see Venom live in Milan for the first time… and from that day on, my life changed. Mantas’ riffs are immortal, and the fact that he’s contributed me his collaboration on a song today doesn’t just mean a simple “featuring”, but that sometimes dreams do come true! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Mantas has officially announced his featuring on the opening single “Apollyon” on Peso666 project’s upcoming debut album.
So far, Peso has revealed the following special guests who will be featured in the album he’s currently finishing with the supervision of Pier Gonella as producer:
Mantas (The father of black metal), Michael Amott (ex-Carcass / Arch Enemy), Luca Masperone, Eric Forrest (E-Force & Voivod), Valentina Rose, Alessio Medici (Violentor), Jennifer McDermott, Stefano Rumich (Sinister/Kryptonomicon), Oscar Morchio (ex Desecrate – Zorn), Michael Amott (Arch enemy), Zanna (ex-Sadist-Raza de odio), Daniele Piredda (Dohlmen), Adrie Kloosterwaard (Sinister), Sibylle Colin-Tocquaine (Witches), Manuel Merigo (Insidia), Brogi (Messiah), Ciardo (Delirium X Tremens), Steva (Deathless Legacy) and the extraordinary participation of my nephew Elias !!!!!
Peso about his new project: December 27th, 2025, is a date I will always carry in my heart. It was the last live show by Necrodeath, the band that has been my life for the last 40 years. On January 1st, 2026, I felt the need to close myself in the studio for all these months to compose new songs, trying my hand on the bass and even vocals, something I had never done before, thus giving life to my new solo project: PESO666 Stay tuned…. Narcotic Wasteland, fronted by guitarist/vocalist Dallas Toler‑Wade of NILE fame, fires the first shot of their August tour with the release of their blistering new single “Fentanyl Zombie Apocalypse.” The track arrives as the band launches the “FENTANYL ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE TOUR,” featuring select dates with support from Visitant, Monochromatic Black, IATT, and Yotuma (dates listed below). A ferocious blend of technical precision, social commentary, and unrelenting aggression, the single stands as one of Narcotic Wasteland’s most urgent works to date, an explosive warning siren aimed at the escalating fentanyl epidemic and the societal collapse surrounding it. Dallas Toler‑Wade comments on the new single: “I am very excited to release our new song, Fentanyl Zombie Apocalypse! The song is, of course, about the fentanyl epidemic and the overall impact it has on an already failing country. Musically, it really captures the mood of this very well. Fast and tricky yet twisted and catchy! Kenji really brought some great bass and keys to the table. And Austin needs a drum set that won’t collapse under pressure! I am super proud of the work we have done together, and I cannot wait to show the world what we have been working on behind the scenes.” Narcotic Wasteland continues to evolve into one of extreme metal’s most formidable units, featuring Dallas Toler‑Wade, former Nile guitarist, vocalist, and key songwriter; a defining force in technical death metal since the early ’90s. Austin Vicars, a high‑octane drummer known for blistering blast beats and commanding stage presence, and Kenji Tsunami, an inventive bassist whose depth, texture, and ferocity amplify the band’s overwhelming sonic assault.
Together, they deliver a live experience that is both punishing and surgically precise, an unrelenting wall of sound that has packed venues and earned critical acclaim throughout recent tours. Narcotic Wasteland has cemented its position as a dominant force in modern death metal, unleashing a volatile blend of razor‑sharp technicality, feral aggression, and raw intensity. Their music confronts addiction, corruption, and societal collapse with unflinching honesty, powered by musicianship that continually pushes the boundaries of extreme metal. Expect a barrage of new material, explosive performances, and the full force of Narcotic Wasteland’s latest evolution.

Multi-platinum rock band Saliva have released their new album, Breaking Through, today via Judge & Jury Records. Alongside the album, the band has announced a co-headlining U.S. tour with Drowning Pool, marking a major milestone as they celebrate 25 years of their breakthrough era and the enduring legacy of the albums Every Six Seconds and Sinners.
At the heart of the release is the album’s title track, “Breaking Through,” a deeply personal anthem inspired by frontman Bobby Amaru’s journey to sobriety. Both the song and the album chronicle the difficult realities of addiction, mental health, grief, and self-discovery before ultimately arriving at hope and resilience. The accompanying music video reinforces these themes through the story of a man imprisoned by addiction as his life slowly slips away beyond the walls surrounding him.
Bobby Amaru shares, “’Breaking Through’ is a project about confronting adversity and finding the strength to move beyond it. I was deeply affected by the recent losses and hardships experienced throughout the music community, including Wayne Swinny, Ozzy Osbourne, Sam Rivers of Limp Bizkit, and Brad Arnold of 3 Doors Down. This album explores the weight of grief while refusing to surrender to it. Each song represents a uniquely different facet of loss, resilience, and healing, coming together to paint a powerful portrait of what it means to endure, persevere, and ultimately embrace the light.”
The album features collaborations with Johnny Van Zant of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Trevor McNevan of Thousand Foot Krutch, and Austin John Winkler, founder and former frontman of Hinder. Together, the songs reflect the belief that healing isn’t instantaneous, it is built one day, one decision, and one breakthrough at a time.
Breaking Through was produced by Bobby Amaru and Steve Perreira, with executive production from Howard Benson (My Chemical Romance, Skillet, Daughtry) and Neil Sanderson of Three Days Grace. The acclaimed production team brings additional weight to an album that balances arena-ready hooks with raw emotional honesty, allowing Saliva’s most personal collection of songs to hit with both power and authenticity.
The release arrives as Saliva embarks on an exciting new chapter. Their upcoming co-headlining U.S. tour with Drowning Pool celebrates a catalog that has defined hard rock for over two decades while introducing fans to a record that reflects where the band stands today, honest, battle-tested, and stronger than ever.
Joint VIP experiences featuring both Drowning Pool and Saliva will also be available for fans looking to celebrate this milestone tour in an even bigger way. VIP packages including exclusive experiences and limited offerings will go on sale soon.
From the explosive energy that first made Saliva a staple of modern rock radio to the vulnerability found throughout Breaking Through, the band continues to prove why their music resonates across generations.
Breaking Through is available now on all major streaming platforms via Judge & Jury Records.

Saliva exploded onto the hard rock scene with anthems like “Click Click Boom” and “Your Disease,” the latter earning a Grammy nomination. Their major-label debut Every Six Seconds (2001) went double-platinum, followed by Back Into Your System (2002), which produced hits including “Always,” “Raise Up,” and “Rest In Pieces.”
Since 2011, frontman Bobby Amaru has led the band through a new era with releases including Rise Up (2013), Love, Lies & Therapy (2016), 10 Lives (2018), Every Twenty Years EP (2021), and Revelation (2023). In 2023, the band suffered the devastating loss of founding guitarist Wayne Swinny, whose legacy continues to shape their music and live shows. Reflecting on his passing, Amaru shared, “This band meant more to Wayne than music itself, and he wanted us to continue in its current form.”
In 2025, Saliva released Revelation: Retold via Judge & Jury Records, a deluxe reimagining of their 2023 album featuring guest vocals, unreleased tracks, and new takes on fan favorites, reinforcing the band’s resilience and continued evolution. Saliva is looking forward to supporting their 2026 Album Breaking Through with a string of appearances at events like Sturgis & Kansas’ State Fair as well as a fall co-headline tour with their friends in Drowning Pool.
Hard rock/metal band Symetria are turning the page on their next chapter with the release of “XIII” (Thirteen), the second single from their forthcoming EP All or Nothing, due out via Curtain Call Records. Following the overwhelmingly positive response to the EP’s lead single, “The Game,” Symetria return with a track that showcases the band’s signature blend of melody, rhythm, harmony, soaring guitar leads, and thunderous intensity.
“XIII” (Thirteen) finds Symetria pushing their sound forward while maintaining the raw energy and musicianship that have defined the band throughout their journey. The track weaves together intricate melodies, driving rhythms, powerful instrumentation, and an engaging lyrical presentation, delivering a dynamic hard rock/metal experience built for both the headphones and the live stage.
“‘XIII’ isn’t just a song, it’s a celebration, a gift, a tribute if you will to all the bands and artists who paved the way for heavy music from the beginning. We, as a band, don’t do covers. We write music. When the idea of paying tribute or homage to our predecessors came along it was never about who’s song to cover, or what band to tribute. That’s not our style. We’re artists. We create. So we decided to pay tribute to those who we look up to, thank them for what they did, who they are, the risks they took, and the music they created that inspired us and so many others to start out on this journey in music for ourselves by writing a song about it. Honestly, what better way is there to truly pay tribute to a legend than to write a song about them, about the music, and maybe a little bit about what it meant to us. A song that will live forever in tribute to them just as the music they created will,” shares the band.
Recorded at SoundMine Studio in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, “XIII” was produced and mixed by acclaimed producer Dan Malsch, whose work helps capture the power, dynamics, and expansive sonic character of Symetria’s latest material.
The release arrives during a significant milestone for Symetria, as the band celebrates 10 years of creating music, performing live, and continuing to evolve their sound. With All or Nothing on the horizon, the band is showing no signs of slowing down, instead, they are expanding their reach with an increasingly ambitious touring schedule and plans to bring their music to audiences around the world.
Tonight at the Schuylkill County Fairgrounds, Symetria is in the company of an impressive list of local and national talent selected to support the Coal Region Music Fest. This is an event put on annually to raise funds and awareness to the local veterans support agencies in the region.
Then comes a huge road trip out to Bloomville, Ohio, where Symetria gets to stretch their legs for the Smoking Cole’s Bike Rally an 8 Day event where the band lands themselves a Saturday night slot opening for the legendary Lita Ford. After that run of 4 shows Symetria makes their first appearance in Allentown PA in 8 years at the Allentown Arts Gallery.
The band then wraps up it’s current schedule with their 2nd straight appearance on B’N’R fest Saturday November 7th in Birdsboro PA a local Reading area music festival that brings together some of the longest running local and regional acts in the eastern PA music scene. The band has plans in the works to tour for the first time with intentions of late summer or fall of 2027.
Following the release of “XIII,” Symetria is also preparing an airplay campaign launching in the coming months, designed to further amplify the EP and introduce the band’s music to new listeners while supporting their growing live presence.
The momentum surrounding All or Nothing has also sparked an obvious question: How much more music does Symetria have in the vault, and how soon will they be back in the studio? With the band continuing to write, perform, and build on the response to their latest releases, fans may not have to wait long to find out.
With 10 years behind them and an entirely new chapter ahead, Symetria are proving that All or Nothing isn’t just the title of their upcoming EP, it’s a statement of intent.
Along with the new single, Symetria has launched an official website that you can find at : http://symetria.band

The continuously polarizing artist known as BADSQUATCH offers up the fourth single from his debut album, a fourteen-track double EP that he refers to as a mental health piece. The dark and light contrasts that have been present in the first releases by this new creative are even more present as this song “Nakupenda” almost seems to come from a completely different world as the previous single.
Following up that last tune about soul-crushing heartbreak wrought with heavy guitars and blistering vocals, the new song “Nakupenda” does a complete turnaround, opening with sounds of a babbling brook followed by slow and beautifully methodical acoustic chords that lead into BADSQUATCH’s soft, yet warm and inviting vocals. The name of the song, the phrase for “I love you” in Swahili, is confirmed to be a kind of title-track of the I LUV YOU side of the album, but it is also a nod to the African-inspired percussion instrumentation and lyrical themes of flowing with the river toward the ocean, mentioned by the artist to be further inspired by stories of the Nile River.
In this song, these lyrical themes set this single even further apart from the rest of his recent releases, speaking with an air of wisdom that can only come from somebody that has experience with not just pain and suffering, but also the coming to terms with it, the process of ‘healing’, and moving forward in life. Utilizing metaphors and thought-provoking lines alluding toward a search for peace, the themes of the song directly match the very calm, inviting, and disarming instrumentation delivered to us.
With this acoustic single, BADSQUATCH has now shown us four completely different looks as an artist: first an industrial anthem about self-loathing, followed by an 80’s dance/workout song about moving your body, and most recently, a gritty and gut-wrenching song painting a picture of the moment your heart breaks. Now, we get to experience this acoustic adventure down a river of gratitude and healing. It seems whatever BADSQUATCH has for us next, like Sasquatch legend, is a total mystery.

Lithuanian progressive metal force JUODVARNIS return to the spotlight in a new live video released by KILKIM ŽAIBU, capturing the band’s powerful performance at this year’s festival in Lithuania.
The footage was produced by the KILKIM ŽAIBU festival and has now been premiered on the festival’s official YouTube channel, offering fans a chance to experience one of the standout performances from KILKIM ŽAIBU XXVI.
JUODVARNIS performed on Thursday, June 25, the opening day of the festival, appearing among the main acts on the Pikuolis stage. Their performance happened just before the legendary Swiss industrial black metal veterans SAMAEL took the stage. Playing in front of a huge festival crowd, JUODVARNIS delivered a set centered around material from their latest album, Tėkmės.
The newly released video features “Dvasios Ligos” the opening track of Tėkmės, which was released on January 23, 2026. The song showcases the band’s characteristic blend of progressive metal, blackened intensity and atmospheric, constantly shifting arrangements.
The new video is part of KILKIM ŽAIBU’s own effort to document and share the performances that defined this year’s festival. The professionally produced footage captures both the intensity of JUODVARNIS’ performance and the scale of the audience gathered for the band’s late-evening set.
For JUODVARNIS, the KILKIM ŽAIBU appearance marked one of the first major opportunities to bring Tėkmės to a large festival audience following the album’s release earlier this year.
About Juodvarnis: Juodvarnis is a Lithuanian metal powerhouse blending elements of dark, death, black, and progressive metal to create a sound that is both brutal and introspective. With their poetic lyrics, cinematic visuals, and dynamic compositions, Juodvarnis continues to push the boundaries of the genre.
